DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They separate the items such that you pay custom duties for each item and the duties end up being much higher than what you paid for the items. In addition, once you order you cannot cancel your order.
I received an sms which says “ Hi :-) Your Inhibit Outgoing SMS service has been activated. To view your balances, visit the My Vodacom App or dial *135#. The future is exciting. Ready? Vodacom” on 2 May 2025. I haven’t been able to send smes since. I’ve called Vodacom which told me this was done by the system and they’ve escalated the matter. To this day it has still not be resolved
Recently bought two clothing items. I am happy with the quality, the fact that delivery was free and they delivered within 3 days!
I booked flights to Cpt for April 2025, upon checking my booking I realize I am paying R400 for priority boarding and R104 for luggage insurance which I did not choose. I called the FlySafair help center, and I was told that once that is added in the booking it cannot be removed. This is daylight ******* because they trick you by adding this as default and it is easy to miss.

We checked into unit no. 910 on 14 April in the evening & there was load shedding. There was no power in the apartment & I assumed it’s because of load shedding which was supposed to finish at 24:00. We got to the apartment at 23:00 so we just slept. At around 01:30am I woke up to check if the power was back but it wasn’t y I got worried because I needed to charge my phone & watch as I was running the two oceans marathon on 15 April. At 3am I woke up again, still no power so I went to check if it’s the same in the entire building. Only to find, the host had not recharged our electricity meter. Couldn’t shower & had to recharge the power myself. I sent the host a message explaining everything & gave him/her my husband’s number to contact him as I would be running by the time he/she read the messages. The host never contacted my husband. My husband checked out of the apartment as per agreement at 10am. The only message I received from the host was him/her asking me which unit I was in of which I responded. Didn’t hear anything from him/her afterwards. The question was also very strange since he/she is the one who gave me the unit number and details on where to find the keys. Worst service ever!!!!
The service at Kauai inside Virgin Active in Rustenburg is bad. There’s poor communication between the app and the store. Everytime you order on the app you also have to call the store to ensure they prepare your order on time. This is a serious inconvenience and the stuff don’t make it easier. Their attitude is bad. They make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault if they don’t call when placing an order on the app.
Took my son to Life Fourways Hospital today on 30 Dec 2019. Although it was full, service was great. Nurses were friendly and very honest about the waiting period. The free WiFi made the waiting bearable.
<div>We paid and ordered a jungle gym on 1 Nov 2019. Ever since then, the company hasn’t come to do the installation. The delays according to Desiree the director were due to the rain. But then she promised to install on the 20th Dec, when I sent her message to confirm this on the 19th Dec. She claimed I was bullying her and she’ll only install on the 6 Jan. My husband sent her message to cancel. She’s been saying she’ll send the documents. We’re still waiting for the documents and refund today. She is rude and unprofessional. This company is starting to feel like a f****. </div>
Vodacom repairs in Rustenburg service stinks. You wait for long and they don’t even have chairs for you to sit while you wait! I asked one of the consultants if I can use one of the chairs on her desk she told me the chairs are for customers that she deals with. Like???
