The product was expired 3 months ago and when I made it known to Jungle Aquatics they said that it’s their policy that nothing can be done because I did not inform them within 24 hours. Wouldn’t it be their standard policy to check if their stock is expired before selling it to customers? Shouldn’t that be a priority. I was giving this to my 11 year old shepherd thinking that it will help him but it’s expired. Jungle Aquatics does not care about the welfare of your pets only about the bottom line I did not expect to receive a product that was expired hence I only noticed the expiration date 3 weeks later. I don’t expect compensation all I want is for customers to be aware that they may receive an expired product and if they do it’s not taken seriously. This was like medication that I bought for my pet and not a silly toy. Jungle aquatics thinks that I just want money from them but I paid R1050 for an expired product and they don’t care that this could affect my dog negatively. I will not advise anyone to buy medication or anything concerning your pet’s health from Jungle aquatics because they simply care about their stupid policy and not the fact that my pet had ingested their expired medication. Pathetic service
Purchased the Deebot N30 Pro and to say my experience with this vacuum has been horrible is an understatement. The vacuum starts leaking within a month of purchase and sent it in for repair which took 2 months and the issue was not fixed. Another month goes by and issues are never ending, the vacuum is scratching my porcelain tiles, the vacuum does not empty itself properly and the mop pad continues to come off while mopping. The vacuum is still at Ecovac office for repairs and no update at all. The customer service sucks. I would not advise buying an Ecovac machine. Seriously regret my decision and the vacuum was not cheap but seems cheaply made.
The most useless company I have ever come across. They drop ship from China, on the website it says 5 to 7 working days for the item to be delivered but once an order is placed there are zero updates. Two weeks go by I call them, they blame the Chinese new year, thereafter I request a refund because the item did not even ship yet. They agree to refund me but avoid taking my calls and send an email 9 days later to say that the order was cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund. I would advise anyone who is thinking of buying from Evertrend to think again. Don’t do it, you will not get your item or money back!
I was in contact by a lady named Michelle and I paid her for the patio set which she said will take 3 weeks to manufacture, its been 3 weeks and she is ignoring my calls and messages
The owner does not know what a deposit is, although I paid the deposit of R1500 he insisted I pay the full amount of R3500, which I did but he did such a horrible job that it started leaking a few days later and now he is avoiding my calls and messages
Returned an item its been over 25 days and they still have not refunded my item which cost R3700
Horrible experience, I paid R650 only to have a trim done and I was told that my hair should not have shorter layers, its my hair if I want shorter layers I should get it because I am paying for it. Instead now I must go to another hairdresser who will actually get the job done. I also had a complimentary blow wave voucher but instead the hairdresser straightened my hair with the same straightener I have at home. Waste of time and money
I am so sick of fighting for things that are due to me. Since January 2016 I called FNB Premier to let them know I'm not earning ebucks and today the 8th of April 2016 they back date 2700 ebucks for 5 months which is still not right. I logged on to my ebucks profile and it says reward level 3 but not qualified, 20% discount but not qualified.<br> <br> Why do I pay the same bank fees as every other FNB Premier client but I have to fight for my rewards and spend air time calling FNB 50 times to get what is due to me?<br> <br> I have never been in arrears on my account ever, I even have over R10k in my savings pocket but yet I get treated like I don't matter. To top things off I don't even have a personal banker which FNB gloats that every premier client has.<br> <br> By the end of business today (8/4/2016) if I do not hear back from FNB I am going to change my bank to Capitec, who I'm sure will treat me like the valued client I am.
