How on earth am I woken up in the midnight and be told I pressed the panick attack button, and that my car is In Pretoria while my car is in JHB. I panicked and checked my app, my car was packed at home 7 hours ago. I got disturbed my sleep and peace , couldn’t sleep the whole night worried . I am sick and tired of this nonsense.

I wanted to share that I had a minor accident on March 2nd, and I had my car taken in for repairs by MI-Way. It's now the third full week since then, and I'm still in the dark about the status of my car. All I've been told is that it's with BMW Northcliff. Despite my efforts to follow up, I haven't received any assistance or updates. I'm incredibly frustrated with the lack of concern for their clients. It's disheartening how they don't hesitate to debit my account, yet they seem indifferent to my situation.
I reported fraud here 2 months ago and my issue is still not resolved or have i ever heard any feedback from standard bank. They even refuse to downgrade my account which i pay for what i am not even using. I will advise everyone to never use standard bank, i am moving my accounts i have with them in peace.
Standard bank is indeed a joke bank. I took a policy with them for extending my service plan as mine was soon to expire with BMW, and they actually the once who convinced me to take it. Now down the line when i want to take my car for service i am told that is not a service plan but rather a warranty plan , which is a policy i already have somewhere else. I have paid all the money for what was not there. OI will advice everyone never to use standard bank.
Standard bank is the worst bank ever. I have sooo many issues with them,1st with my credit card there was fraud that happened on my account that time when the bank was offline and we couldn't use the cards,for some reason things were purchased using my card and they want me to pay for it and even took my account to attorneys. 2ntly I use a cheque account but I am charged for what I don't even know,not got any communicationfrom the bank that they upgrading me. 3rd My card don't allow me to withdraw money as it says my pin is blocked,but the same pin i use when I swipe my card like wow. 4th I am told I cannot pay the credit card on the app and I must go to the bank to pay for it wow in 2022🤥🤥. I am sooo fed up of this **** bank and cannot wait to move.
WHat a terrible service from Debonairs corlet drive . We ordered a R70 cream chicken pizza and they gVe Us a triple decker for R180. Thought it was a mistake, called in and spoke to The manager who was soo rude and mean, she said "there is nothing I can do, see WHat to do with the pizza" wow 😏, what poor service from even the manager. I will never buy here or advise anyone to buy here.

I drove 30 KM away from my house to go to the Glen BMW for service because he made me feel my car is safe with them, there so many BMW branches close to my house . How does a dealership sell a car without a spare key that is soo not fair of them. I bought an X3 in December 2020 was helped by a guy called Riaaz. He didn't disclose to me that the car didn't have a spare key hence I could even have negotiated the price to go down if there is no spare key. After a few weeks I therefore asked for the spare key and I was told that most second hand cars don't come with a spare key, but how on earth is that my problem? Why wasn't it charged on the selling price of the car? I am soo disappointed and saddened by the responses I got when I asked that the dealership to organize the spare key for me. Is amazing how after selling the car they just don't care about customer service. I was told if you want donation ask nicely, why Riaaz now speak to me a client like that?
