A whole debt collection company with no knowledge of In Duplum Rule Section 103(5) of the National Credit Act (NCA) (No. 34 of 2005) a lady Alawiyah Abrahams proudly saying that they proud of breaking this law as long as they are making money out of consumers.. Such a shame when a client calls them to settle they still insist even after advising.
I am extremely traumatised by the level of ****** I received from Elise from Just Property Blouberg. After 4 years of being a good Tenant she tells me I am not considered a customer and she doesn’t listen I must do the listening when explaining inconsistent statements that led to me being penalised R500 something out of my control. Zero empathy and sympathy reminded of Apartheid era. Shouts and tells you what she wants to say without listening to you and says it doesn’t matter that you’ve been a long customer of Just Property. So sad
I have been waiting for my deposit refund for over a month now and I have to keep on calling them all the time for my money. I had made a terrible mistake of giving them a chance from First Car that usual give me my refund in the same week. I will never use HERTZ and will never recommend
I had a Breakdown with my Audi and decided to call Audi assist to help since my car wasn't starting or going into any gear, So Audi decided to arrange Tow truck from Odendal and the gentleman came to Tow the car. Since the service was requested by Audi I was then quoted by them and I agreed however when the Tow truck comes he says to me I must pay an additional R1250 to drop me less than 10kms and also says I must not disclosed that he rendered services to his employer. Firstly If someone can be that cruel what about those people in accidents I don't think its a safe company to render servies if the employees are like this!!!
Treated badly by company that I have remained loyal and supporting since 2012 buying subscriptions. Very difficult to get hold on the phone and they remained the only Bureau to have taken more than two months to update my profile after they have been instructed to do so by Debt Counsellor. Very disappointing
Extremely disappointed. I have my cologne stolen twice. I now believe Kulula management do condone their staff to steal from us. Their policy is always based on Kgs and the staff steal things like perfumes and Colgnes that they know wont have an impact on weight. Almost all the time when I fly with Kulula our bags would be open. The is always a case of a customer complaining about this issue and to show they don't care nothing is being done.
My Advice never waste your time with this guys..They do not know what they are doing and they become very rude with you during and after withdrawal of service..
I was refused my deposit due to something that was originally there. This happened was I had been warned that they operate like this however I needed to give them a chance and now I know I shall never recommend anyone to use them ever!!!
I saw an ad on Instagram and one of the consultant called me for a quotation however what I do not understand he said he cannot help me without disclosing my current plan. That to me sounded very stupid and poor service. If you offer insurance why not quote your clients without having to ask them what they have been paying other companies?? What company does that??? I was just shocked by the mentality of their sales team it's very shocking.
I came to Absa Sea Point to deposit my rent and ATM took money and gave a slip saying deposit unsuccessful contact your nearest branch. I went in and showed them my slip and the say I must wait for few days meanwhile is my rent money. How can a bank not take an issue like this serious that I am without a place because them. I am extremely hurt and will never recommend this bank to anyone I love.
