Please explain to me why send emails to confirm a policy that I did not quote for firstly not to mention agreeing to it. And it's also not the same product that you guys called me to give me a quote on in the past 2weeks.there was also not a mention of a "life"policy that comes with or after the quote for car insurance.what is this miway and do you do this ,is it a thing,why??
Can someone please explain but first sort out my profile with FNB Cleared from debt review, it's been over a year now.But Iam unable to do anything, I can't upgrade my account, unable to get my home loan interest rate reviewed. Why is the debt review not cleared on my profile entirely?? As I have it, my home loan account is update (cleared from debt review) but not my PROFILE

Sent money using pay2cell , little did I know the person used FNB before. The recipient said they did not receive the funds. I logged a missing payment incident but FNB cannot proceed in logging that because according to their records this person has a credit or petrol card with them. Now I can't force the person to consult with fnb ,nor can they give me the money back because their never received it.Fnb help me recover my R620, you could not help and conclude the case even when I opened a reverse funds on this.evetything is hanging on the receiptient received the money,but she said no.
I am getting tired of FNB seriously , as if their systems don't sync or something because I dont think its AI but at this point I feel like the one star is too much to give them. been cleared of debt review June/July 2023 , sorted it out with FNB and the homeloan account's debit was reinstated. then few days back I asked for one of the accounts to be removed and I was told it was there since I was under debt review, then that was removed. now the debit order for home loan its not going through I am told the system show I am under debt review, I AM NOT SENDING OTHER DOCUMENTS. go back to your system backdate april 2024.--22031254 TERMINATION NOTICE CASE NO 448012
Bad bad experience ,feels like a ****. Unfortunately it was my first time buying from this shop that time I gifted my grandmother with so much love and enthusiasm. Bought a voucher /gift card for R800. But the card is showing R0 when they wanted to use it. Went to the shop 1. They dont have a record of this card been sold or loaded 2. Contacted their IT with no clear explanation yet they did manage to print out a new receipt because I lost mine. 3 waited almost 3hours at the shop and I was not assisted. 4. My banking app shows this purchase . I am not happy ,I am not going back to the shop and I left my contact for them to update me,there's no ref from the IT call logged and I have not been contacted since Friday since 11:45am ,6Dec 24 I want full refund please, R800 cash no more gift cards or voucher.
these are a **** , they promise 7 days delivery period , its been 14 days now, next thing they dont even reply to whatsapp messages anymore , infact they dont ready my messages anymore . yet they post statuses. i want refund , you failed to deliver PERIOD!!
been having good years this company , now I want to know why I am being debited almost twice the monthly premium , and your punishing me for your "system glitches" 1. my bank account had money from 14th of Dec 2023 2. my bank charges me a fee of any debit that 'bounce' nothing like this (nr2) happened but you get to make me pay for a'reversal' that you cant explain how it happened when I had thousands of rands in my account. That time you didn't even communicate that you will debit earlier than the usual date??
very disappointed at this company :Hereford group, from changing 4 different financial advisors within a space of 9 months handling my policies. I have not been receiving joy since I chose this company for my investments and RA. can I please get help , its close to 2 months now , I requested to withdraw all my monies but to no response and action taken ,even through whatsapp messages hence I came here.
