Gym fees paid in full , payment not showing on the system! R376 only ( 3 days in arrears ) a not giving me access to the gym … so embarrassing
Discovery travel a benefits tells you that you get 30% or 50% off but when u google or use other apps it’s the same price so where is the discount… ???

I’m so disappointed & upset with Telkom , they are useless & the Call centre is so unhelpful. I paid my monthly instalment cash a they debit me a then I still get blocked . Tell me to wait 7/14 working days before my phone works . So what happens to the 2 weeks not having to use my phone . Then I’m in credit an 2 week later my phone gets cut again a then they say I Must wait 7 working days ? So what’s happening to the 3 weeks I paid for ???

I have canceled my Vodacom to join Vox telecom as the sales person was so great to sell this to me , it have been 2 months later no internet was fitted , no one come out or have I even been informed about anything. If I don’t call or what’s app the sales person I don’t get a reply to know what’s going on . I been at home due to what we going true an have to work from home , no I have requested to cancel so I can go to a different network to work from home an I get a R3000 bill from vox to pay for no service or even made the effort to come out to my house . Is this fair ??? This have been the worst service I have ever received . Don’t ever use this wi-fi service VOX TELECOM ….
No water when I got to my room , reception terrible!!! Gate lock an I was not aloud to complain about the noise scared to say way ... won’t ever recommend anyone to stay at Misty hills ...
Been at discovery insurance for a while , always paid my monthly premium! One debit order bounce cause of my acc was frozen due to fraud on my acc . So I did ask Discovey if I can pay the premium an They said no !!! I asked to double debit me an they said no , will just not have cover for the month but next premium will go off normal date . I said that’s okay ! Few days later I get a phone call they canceled my insurance and not insuring me due to the fact that I had 2 phones claims in 2 years ... they gave me a premium an I paid it ! Unfortunately why we have insurance on our valuables is due to accident or losses . I’m very upset and very unhappy with the service from them . I have all my policies an bank with them an this is the way a client get treated !!!
I took my ford ranger to ford greenstone -basil green edenvale for the window not closing and Wesley the service advisor and workshop manager refused to assist me as I did not have my service book present but yet they can pick up all the service history on the system . I called three other ford dealerships Germiston,Midrand and bruma to make sure if they can see my service history and all three service departments could pick it up and said they cannot refuse us away as the service history is recorded on the system and has full service history! I then called to speak to the DP Gary Mancer at basil green Edenvale to see if he could assist me . I explained to him my situation and he told me they won’t help me because I don’t have my service book . I then told him this is poor customer service and the call is recorded and I’m going to ford head office for this poor service I am getting as he got rude and refused to assist me (even after I called three other service departments and said they cannot do that) and he told me am I threatening him why don’t I go there to his dealership and he will show what he will do FACE TO FACE. He also threatened me to cancel my warranty and service plan if I complained which I wish him luck if he gets that right. I cannot believe how disgusting and rude the dealer principal Gary Mancer is and how poor the service is .
I didn’t know vodacom selling second hand phones when u do a upgrade ! I been having endless problems since day 2 I took delivery of it from the store , been at the store to change but must book it in for repairs ! How can I person get a new phone an after the second day book in for repairs an it will take 7/14 working days ... been at the store 3 times !!! It’s a 2+ drive an the response i got giving I’m highly upset an when I call the call Centre I get a question how must they help me with the problem no assistance was even offered !
