Good day, I am wandering where I could find purina cat cookies. I have been looking everywhere for them and can't seem to get them. I emailed the address on the packet ********** but have not received a reply. Please I am desperate as my cats love these cookies. I just want to know are they discontinued or is a change of packaging taking place or what. Thank you so much for your time Kind Regards Raedene
Good day, I must first compliment before I complain. I am a very regular, big shopper at East rand mall woolworths. I am always very satisfied with this store as the staff is friendly, helpful and fast. However today I was in the store on my lunchbreak and the queues were really ridiculous. I waited for 45 minutes in the queue by the food section, before starting to queue there, I went to check the queue at the clothing section which was even worse. I feel this is very unfair for the poor cashiers, which were only 3 as it puts pressure on them and why is there no express till for people anymore that just want to buy some lunch on the their lunch break. I hate to complain as u myself work in retail and understand that people always complain but 45 minutes to buy some lunch in ridiculous. And I feel very sorry for the poor cashiers to work under this pressure, I feel like the necessary arrangements should have been made as they knew it would be busy as its month end and before the Easter weekend.
Good day, I am very disappointed as I have lost 5 rewards which have expired due to the app not working properly. I have phoned discovery 3 times and they say they will speak to the IT department and get back to me which they haven't. When you go onto the claim rewards, if you click on view reward it throws you out of the app?? I would really like this fixed and I think it's unfair that I've now lost 5 rewards. If someone could please get back to me that would be great. It is the latest app. Thank you Raedene
<p>Good day.my elderly mothers phone had a fraudulent sim swop done on the 27/05/17.She went to the Vodacom shop&they said it would take a few hours and would be sorted, on the Sunday her phone was still not working,anyway long story short after phoning Back&forth and me finally going to a different Vodacom shop in the east rand mall where a very helpful employee named Devon helped her and literally went on the system&clicked on unblock, this was on the 1/6!!! 6 days later!!!!!! Anyway,now today her phone wasn't working again!! She went to the Vodacom shop again,only to find out there has been another fraudulent sim swop done on her phone!!! The lady there said they have blocked it but there's nothing they can do for now!?! She also told them that it has been done internally again and there is alot of fraudulent sim swops going on internally!!! This is pathetic and why does my mother now have to sit without a phone!!!!! I'm also disgusted at the security of Vodacom! Surelly you can pick up who is doing this??? I expect to be contacted by Vodacom very soon and I expect my mom's phone to be fixed within the next 24 hours!!!!!!! you will have to contact me seen as though she does not have a phone!!!!!! </p>
<p>good day, </p> <p>I am a person who hates to complain as i also work in retail and some people are very petty however, today I feel </p> <p>the need to bring this to your attention. today is my moms birthday, a very special day for us, we went to emperors palace to take her for a nice lunch, she chose ocean basket. We went in, ordered our food, ordered sushi ( prawn tempura), fish&chips, village salad and prawn&mussel combo, sangria etc. the prawn tempura had prawn tails in it with no prawn whatsoever, the salad was soggy, the prawns were so small,I called the waiter to please call the manager (Greg) whom i showed the prawn tails too, he just stared at me not saying a word, nodded, walked away and then laughed with the waiter! also.. my sister( had the prawns and mussels is now vomiting and has diarhhoea, dont think the food was good)i feel this is really not acceptable and it unfortunately did not make my moms day special! I did tell the waiter when we sat down it was my moms birthday and they also did nothing for her!! we will never go back to ocean basket emperors, i would like feedback on this!!! At the same time would like to compliment oakfields ocean basket on there amazing food and service, we are sorry we didnt go there in the first place! </p>
Good day, I contacted nestle in connection with Purina kitten food, I have been to a number of stores that do not have stock of the Purina friskies kitten fine cuts sachets, I contacted nestle regarding this product and Pumi Mokatsane was so helpful in letting me know there is stock in the warehouse and that I should speak to the managers of the shops I shop at to order stock! She asked for my delivery address and said she would send me 12 sachets in the meantime which nestle delivered to my work today! Thank you for such good service nestle and Pumi! Keep up the great work!!!
