Poor after sales service, design and quality
Poor service Technician Andy call out to repair dishwasher. After paying the call-out he did not answer my messages or rely to my e-mails. Whirlpool dishwasher poor design filter as it is material. Glass went through the filter into the washer motor. I will never buy any Whirpool appliance due to poor quality, design and after-sales service.

Poor service paid my subscription with their platform with Zapper and sent proof of payment but payment has not been allocated to my account. It has been a month with no feedback. Zapper confired Dstv has received the payment.

No stock on promo item but at full price the item is available online
Good Afternoon I wanted to buy a Samsung A51 that was on a online promotion for R5999 I phoned Incredible Connection The Grove confirmed there was stock as I wanted to pay online and collect the stock at the branch.When I went online chose the Samsung A51 cellphone at R5999 it said it was out of stock I then chose the Samsung A51 that was priced at R8499 and suddenly the item was available.The promotion ends today and after leaving several messages I have not received a call back.

MTN Call Centre Calls Dropped
Good Afternoon I contacted the MTN 808 number 10 times today but all calls where dropped.It's common knowledge that if 808 is phoned it can take upto 20 minutes for the call to be answered if it's not disconnected.
