I recently had a bad experience with the City's refuse collection service. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a Mr Daniel Chale from the City who help me with my issue, explaining the process perfectly and assisting me with my issue on the same day. Wow, that must be some kind of record! Thanks Daniel, you are what this City and this country needs 🙌 #fivest****rvice
I ordered a Large Spicy Cajun Chicken meal on Uber Eats from McDonald's in Hatfield, Pretoria. Delivery was perfect. Chips not bad, drink was fine, but the burger was a waste of life. I think this McDonald's makes the burger patties long before an order is placed, stores them and warms them up in a microwave when the order is placed. By the time it is delivered, I'm sure they don't care what condition it is in, which is extremely hard and inedible.
I don't often write compliments on HelloPeter, but with the level of service received I had to write this review.

I recently had electric fence put up at my home and chose Electerrific to do the job as other installers had separate costing for COC, strange pricing included on their quotes, took long to get back to me, etc. Richard (Owner) was more than happy to come through to my house as soon as I made the request, and after hours to take measurements, provide explanations, etc. I had to reschedule the appointment to install on short notice, and he was very understanding. I was very impressed with the quality of work done by the team and the extra bit of wiring used to secure more vulnerable areas. I must say my electric fence looks way better than so many other places I've seen, and the unit installed in the house is tucked away very neatly.

I'd like to extend my thanks to Electerrific for a job very well done. My wife and I are VERY impressed... so much so that I find myself walking outside just to look at the fence.
I have had continued lack of service delivery from Telkom and I have been extremely patient. This is not the first time I am writing. I have come to the realisation that Telkom is not actually a business, it is simply a scheme against other mobile networks to make it seem as if there is competition. It advertises great products at great prices, but it is in actual fact false advertising since there never is stock, or any hint of services that can be provided. How can you advertise products you do not have in stores at all and for months on end, whilst your staff continue to say the famous last words \NO STOCK". Secondly"
I went into the Menlyn branch about 3 to 4 weeks ago to upgrade my contract. Regardless of the fact that the man who helped me was so slow, I was extremely patient compared to the other irritated customers. I ordered an Samsung GS6 on Smart 100. He said there was no stock, and he'll order. I asked how long it'll take, he replied 3 days to a week. I said that it was fine. I haven't heard anything since. Went back to cancel the order but the lines were so long since the speed service at all Telkom stores are glacial. I was told in order to cancel I would have to wait in line and fill in a form and submit it. At the speed the Menlyn store operates I would have been lucky to get to the front in this millennium. I want to know if there is any life out there with Telkom since no one knows anything that is going on or when I will receive this phone. I am prepared to do business even though your service is pathetic. But I am on the verge of approaching a new provider when my current contract expires. I will then not be upgrading any of the packages I currently have thereafter. So please, contact me now, or never. Do not call me after my current package expires, I will be cancelling it.
My first bank account was opened at Nedbank in 2002. I moved banks in 2011 as my father had been on private banking at another bank, and receiving a student loan in my name was easier to accomplish having him as collateral. I hadn't received bad service from Nedbank in all my time, it was only because I couldn't get the necessary funds in my personal capacity, hence the move. Upon closing my account at the Montana branch, the lady assisting me was very polite and said that she hopes I return some day. All Nedbank employees I've dealt with were very polite, patient and kind. I recently decided to buy a house with my soon to be wife, and although the process had been tedious and stressful to say the least, after meeting Ursula Visser (Nedbank Home Loans), it was a lot easier. Nedbank's home loan offer wasn't the best (0.1% diff), but Ursula suggested I speak to Andre Louw (Nedbank Relationship Banking) about moving my personal bank accounts over to Professional Banking. After Andre presented his pitch, I was eager to move back considering the amazing rates.

Everyone I've dealt with has been well inform, willing to go the extra mile and invested in MY best interest. Thanks Nedbank!
My fiance booked a ticket to Cape Town for the weekend. I later decided I would join her, and told her that she should purchase another ticket for me on the same flight. Not being technically savvy, she wasn't weary of the fact that she'd have to book under my name (as the [URL Removed] website simply asks for your name and surname when booking). So unfortunately she inserted her name again for the same flight. She now possesses two tickets on the flight (booked months in advance at a lower rate), and cannot for obvious reasons occupy two seats. And obviously, I cannot occupy the other based on the name on the ticket. When requesting a name change, I am referred to the \non-name change policy""; it applies to a single ticket. This is; however; two tickets for the same person. Kulula's suggestion is to pay an additional R500 for a new ticket; to which I say:

I will never use your airline again and will strongly deter my peers; colleagues;and all business partners from [URL Removed]"""
Apparently Vodacom don't provide phones to people who don't have debt. So i was told when i tried to take out a new contract for a Samsung S6. I am employed at tuks on a permanent basis. I have a Masters Degree. I have medical aid, a car, a flat, a platinum status at my bank. I have a clothing account which i chose to pay in full at the end of the month if there is any outstanding balances i made during the respective month. But because i don't have debt Vodacom won't give me a contract. A person with a Jet account far in arrears may take out the same contact, whereas I am denied. So i ask, how stupid is your policy? Or is it that since our government chooses investments as useless as etoll, but can't keep the lights on, that you have chosen to mimic this business model?
