This is a nonsense company. They are conducting ******* activities of debit accounts of people who don’t have a contract with them. Even after several conversations with they useless billings department to ask them to remove the details which don’t belong to me from my account, they are ******** and offer terrible service. *****sters of note.
I have been trying to register as a driver for over a month now. Every time the app keeps saying, “My application is under review” but I was never given the opportunity to upload my documents. It’s frustrating especially when you really want to work. How does one get to have this resolved?
Hi-Fi corporation has a very useless online service, I bought a bed online. Order accepted and payment was made,I check a day later and I saw it said 'cancelled and this confused me because I can't cancel the order. I got hold of them via WhatsApp to ask why it was cancelled, then I was told it cancelled because there is no availability of stock and they don't have an ETA of when stock will be available, now considering thag it's festive and it might be delayed until maybe 2nd week January 2026 and I can't wait thag long because I need a bed asap. I asked for a refund and I was told it will be processed within 7-10 days. This is a company that claims to care, now I have to move into a new house with no bed and sleep where in the next 10 days? I need my refund and today or Tomorrow which is friday. They need to develop an Automated system that tells you when the stock is finished.
I have been with WebAfrica for 6 months, and I have had more complaints than compliments about their service. This is ongoing and doesn't get better. I spoke about their unprofessionalism, management there doesn't care. This morning, I woke up, and my services were cancelled. I was shocked. I contacted them, and I was told by Jezmei that they cancelled it automatically because of my address on their system. That confused me because the services have been working fine with the address they have, she then asked me to send Proof of Address which I did and she sent for activation, now I am charged a processing fee for an issue which isn't mine. When I ordered the services i spoke to someone who clearly got the address right because they even came to install. If I paid for this processing fee, It means it will happen again and I will always be required to pay these fees. I hate WebAfrica with passion, they have tormented me emotionally, imagine now I am working from home and I hadto buy data when I have fibre, just so I could work. Jezmei went mute on me when I asked questions, Nondumiso did the same. This whatsapp service chat they use is useless because the consultants can just ignore you and frustrate you. Please choose another provider is WebAfrica is your provider. Rather Opensever itself.
I phoned to find out why my Health Pathways isn't paying for my claims, Ondela from Discovery asked me to hold on, I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, she never bothered to come back and say, I am sorry this is taking longer than it's expected or the courtesy of saying let me call you back once I figure out what is wrong. Until the phone dropped, it's such things that annoy. Especially when you are taking your time and money to call.
If you're thinking Fibre, rather go with trusted brands that offer excellent customer service. People that understand that there's value in quality service. I can't be on boarded to my new Internet provider because Web Africa is gatekeepeing my B number. I've tried to communicate using their useless WhatsApp line and have so far been unsuccessful. I spoke to 5 people. As soon as they hear you want to cancel, they stop responding.
If I could give a lower rating I could. I made a payment through them, I can't get hold of the service provider I paid and I can't get hold of peach payments. This enables ***** and their service is pathetic to say the least. We need to literate as much people as we can and ask them to stop using this service.
Don't join this company, their communication is so bad. They don't care about clients. Their WhatsApp channel is as useless. I was on a provider I thought was worse but these ones take the cup. After you pay forget, it could take weeks to get your service activated probably it could go to a year. Keep your provider by all means to be sane.
The one thing about Public entities is the lack of sense of Urgency. They don't understand the impact they are putting in people's lives, more especially when we're reliant on our UIF Contributions for Paternity to buy our kid's clothes and necessities.
I had a great experience, the place is really huge. The variety of vehicles and friendly staff makes it an adorable place where one would feel safe to buy a car.
