Shocking service from this store, they don’t even deserve one star!! Online order placed, and incorrect products sent. Firstly, they charge for the larger product option and send the smaller product. Secondly, one item was sent as either damaged/tampered. I sent evidence immediately via email to the store and after multiple calls and discussions with Zahra nothing gets resolved. The landline seldom works and they seem to be aware of this, emails remain unanswered indefinitely!! Apparently as the customer I am dependent on Zahra to speak to a Riaz to determine what route to follow! Will never support this business again!!! Pathetic after sales service yet quick to take payment!

Unsatisfactory service!!! I purchased 2 x gaming headsets online on Friday 24 Feb 2023 and my funds were debited immediately. I have received no tracking updates about my order as these were purchased as gifts for my kids! Enquired on Monday 27 Feb via online queries and received no feedback. Checked tracking updates today Tuesday 28 Feb and status is “On Hold.” Enquired online once again and the feedback is the order is cancelled due to no stock. No further feedback from the agent. I have to prompt what my options are (refund, replacement, etc) and am told “the relevant department will contact me sometime today” Pathetic service in my opinion. If there was never stock then why advertise the product. Thereafter, why do I as the customer need to chase up after my funds were debited??!! I want the product I ordered and I expect delivery by Friday 3 March 2023!!!
I upgraded 2 contracts with 2 devices online almost 2 weeks ago. Received notifications that both were approved and processed. Only 1 device gets delivered, and no one is able to advise me where the 2nd device is. Calling MTNs customer care, emailing and whatsapping their supposed departments falls on deaf ears. The call centre merely transfers from one incompetent person to the next. The email responses are even worse, they continuously ask for the same info repetitively yet it’s been provided. I concur with some of the negative reviews, the call centre agents are rude and ignorant!!
I have been unable to make home affairs payments via My Bills for over a week. All escalations and complaints have fallen on deaf ears with Standard Bank. There is no response and my complaint has been passed from pillar to post. Evidently no one seems to know what's going on! Really fed up with this bank! If the My Bills option is not working, then remove it as a payment option!
Shocking service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Been trying to resolve a mess up with Hello Paisa who linked my cell number and ID to someone else’s profile. I had an urgent payment to make and it’s been 4 days and I’ve been provided with nonsense and promised they would call back but to no avail. Any request to speak to a competent manager falls on deaf ears!!! This business should be shut down!!!!!
Where do I start, pathetic service from this company!!! My contract expired in March 2021, I received written confirmation, that at the end of March 2021 my contract would terminate and I will not be debited going forward. As predicted, I am debited for April and May 2021 and after multiple telephonic and electronic requests they do not rectify the ongoing issue. Subsequently I am flooded by the collections department for outstanding payments for April-June 2021, but they cannot reply to outstanding queries and complaints!!!! I was a loyal customer for 6 years however will never do business with them again and do not advise anyone to consider their services. It is not worth the frustrations!
I purchased a vehicle via online auction last week. Once again a frustration free and pleasant experience and above all splendid customer service from the team specifically Dante Pieterse(sales) and Grant Cameron(finance)!!! Dante from Midstream went the extra mile in ensuring the vehicle was ready for collection and ensured all paperwork was handed to me personally and in record time!!! Dante certainly flies the WeBuyCars flag with pride!!! Thank you to the We Buy Cars team for exceeding expectations, once again!!!
I applied online for a mobile contract and received over 3 different sales calls to process my application (evidently as it's commissioned based I presume). Was told telephonically and via sms my application was approved and to expect delivery of the handset within 5-7 days. It has been over 3 weeks, my emails and online queries are ignored and no attempt to return my calls. I was able to get contact 10213 with my order number and the operator was not able to tell me where the order was yet she could confirm the application was approved. SHOCKING SERVICE and at my wits end with Telkom!

Cliff was professional, knowledgeable and his level of service was exemplary! He certainly went the extra mile and has made me both a repeat seller and buyer at We Buy Cars!!!
