The worst service ever. I bought a dress from my runway and wasn't given a dress but given the cami of the dress and I paid +/-400 for the dress. I explained I called them when I got the parcel and I sent and email and no response. I called them and the parcel was to be uplifted and a credit passed as I need a dress for my company party. My company party is on the 19th. To date the 15 December I have not received my money nor the parcel fetched and I have been calling since last week and I called today 15 December and was told my parcel will be collected from me today and a refund will be done. I don't have money to go get another dress because the money is not refunded by my runway. My runway is the worst and unprofessional company ever. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and their services are pathetic. Even though I spoke Melina and was assured that my parcel will be collected. Absolutely nothing. **** promises
I ordered food today from them and they wrapped the chicken in a new wrapping. The wrapping is giving a chemical taste and not sure if it's poisonous. I have left the food in the wrapping and I tried calling the store but the store in cornubia lines are not been picked up or the Durban North branch. Did they even do a test on the new wrapping to see if it compatible to their producf

I bought a packet of chips from starwood spar and when I bought the chips it was stale when. I opened the packet. I emailed simba customer service twice now and no response. Useless customer service and terrible service quality

i Paid this company on the 17th oct - i still didn't receive a waybill number and they never responds . its a birthday gift and i spent my money onthis useless company i will never advise using this company
Vodacom summer shakes is bull**** and nonsense. They only want you to buy data etc but I haven't seen one person win the cars. Even the prizes are stupid and yet people from different financial brackets uses their services but they only cater for people who have money. They should just end the rewards etc because its stupid and doesn't cater for everyone
I was given a Guess watch as a gift and I never wore it. Yesterday when I took it out the box to wear it. All the hearts that was inside the watch fell off the position they where placed in. Guess is a cheap brand that rips off people.
I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STANDARD OF SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY. I HAVE BEEN AWAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM SINCE 16/07/2015. I SUBMITTED PMA FORMS ON THE 21/07/2015. I WAS TOLD IT TAKES 16 HOURS . ITS TWO DAYS . I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AND WHEN I PHONE I KEEP GETTING TOLD ITS 16 HOURS FOR STANDARDS DEPARTMENT TO APPROVE. WHILE MY HEALTH DETERIORATES , THE DELAY CONTINUES WITH DISCOVERY.IT SEEMS LIKE A CLIENT NEEDS TO DIE IN ORDER FOR DISCOVERY TO RESPOND. EVERY CALL I MADE TO THEM I STATED THE URGENCY. I AM HORRID BY THE DISGUSTING SERVICE LEVELS , SERVICE AND FOR A COMPANY WHO DEALS WITH LIVES OF PEOPLE SERIOUSLY HAVE NO ETHICS IN THE HEALTH SECTOR WHEN IT COMES TO URGENCY. I ACTUALLY THINK TWICE AS TO WHY I SIGNED WITH A COMPANY WHO HAS NO INTEREST IN THEIR CLIENTS
