Order #72913182 never arrived at my premises but on the site it shows delivered. I want to know who signed for it as there are no name on the order. I have been a loyal takealot customer since they started and now they don't deliver my stuff. I want a refund!!!

My wife wants to close her account with Homechoice, but they say they don't close accounts. How can Homechoice not close accounts?? Why should she wait 4 years in order for the account to be closed? It makes absolutely no sense
