I’d like to compliment Sandra from Melon Mobile for her exceptional patience and professionalism. Activating the SIM was frustrating on my side, and I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, but Sandra stayed calm, helpful and focused the entire time. Once the activation was finally sorted out, everything went smoothly thanks to her guidance. I truly appreciate her patience and the way she handled the situation, she turned a difficult experience into a positive one.
Just wanted to say thank you for all the seamless interactions you have given me over the years. The experience in my opinion is worth much more than the actual growth, although this helps , lol.
Went to pick and pay two weekends in a row and they did not have springbok cards, what is the point of running a promotion when you don't follow through, rather just charge your high prices without any promotions so we know what you are really after. FNB why do you partner with them, its about the service i get from you and not the service your affiliate gives.

Went to food *****s Hillfox today to redeem my pans and pots but was met with a very negative "we only have bowls", nothing else offered as per their terms of the promotion. Doubt they respond based on their stats, so wont be shopping there anymore.

Put in a complaint about the packaging not being sufficient (whiskey not being in the box as advertised) and as a result when the box was dropped the expensive whiskey broke.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase from Takealot, which was fulfilled by Gaby's Gear. I ordered a pair of 501 Levi Jeans on April 15th, and unfortunately, I had to return them on July 28th due to severe material deterioration. Despite wearing the jeans only 14 times to work, where I am seated throughout the day, the fabric deteriorated to a point where they became unwearable. Upon returning the jeans, I received feedback stating that my return did not meet the return policy. However, despite my request for specific reasons behind this decision and clarification on why the jeans were not replaced, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I find this situation unacceptable given the quality issues experienced with the product. I request a thorough review of my case and a clear explanation of why my return was rejected. Additionally, I seek a resolution to this issue, either through a replacement of the defective jeans or a refund. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Feedback i received was that it does not meet their return policy, when i asked why specifically it was not replaced i did not get an answer. Drove to Makro as there are specials i wanted to purchase, was declined 4 times. Yes my account does have money. Waisted my petrol, not getting the specials, very annoyed.
We do not often say thank you to the people who delivers on what we expect and i can honestly say in the 5 odd years i have been with Cool Ideas i have only received exceptional service. Thank you from a loyal client
