I would never recommend Rain to anyone, unfortunately in the area where i stay they're the only network that has signal. Ever since I signed up for their services it been problem after problem if they're not over billing me,they're cutting off my Internet access while my account is fully paid. The whole day I don't have Internet access and their customer service is not willing to help yet I paid for wifi on the 25th of January... I don't know why they decided to cut my Internet access. I so wish this area had coverage for other network providers because Rain is nonsense, they're just ****mers. If you want peace in life, never get Wifi from Rain
I don't recommend Rain to anyone, I took RainOne home WiFi for R649/month in September 2025. In November 2025 they found a way to sneak in a 19hr service i didn't sign up for and billed me R944. After I complained they told me that they've cancelled it and credited R295 to my account. For whatever reason they added the 19hr unknown service again on the 1st of December 2025 billed me R904 and discarded the R295 that was credited in November. I contacted their customer service with fail and decided not to pay until my balance is corrected to R354, however on the 31st of December 2025 they billed me again R649 and the balance is now amounting to R1,258.67...they keep saying they're escalating to billing. Instead of fixing the bill and cancel the bogus service of 19hr I have no knowledge of, they keep increasing the amount i owe. I have never seen such a **** service provider, unfortunately I won't be paying for services I have no knowledge of and how does one get billed twice in one month?
I bought 5 tickets for Impi Inter Fest and the event was cancelled yesterday. I immediately requested a refund at 18:16 since I didn't wish to wait for a different date. They attended to my request today only to tell me that the tickets are non refundable because the cut off time to request a refund was yesterday. It is not my fault that they only attended to my request today at 11:00am while the request was sent yesterday at 18:16. They are a ****. I don't even stay in KZN hence I didn't wish to wait for a different date. I want my money back. I shouldn't be ****med because of their incompetence
I placed an order for their WiFI router on the 25th of September still this day It haven't been delivered, no communication or whatsoever. I have called a numerous times still nothing. Very bad Service.
Fnb is a **** last month they authorized a debit order without my consent for a car insurance while I don't even have a car. Now they charged me R400 for buddle fees stating that any payshap transaction that I make is charged at R10 even if I send R10 using payshap they charge R10... I made 25 payshap transactions since they say they charge R10 even for the R3 that I transferred to my Capitec, it should be R250 which is still insane considering that they charge service fees separately as well. Unfortunately I'll close this account without paying these ridiculous fees
I bought a Bluetooth speaker on Friday, only to notice that after being fully charged it plays for less than an hour if it's not connected to the charger... i had to return it but they refused to refund me and told me that they had to test my claims and then call me and we talk about the way forward, At that moment i don't want their faulty speaker anymore.. even now I'm still waiting for that phone call.
I know everything is perfect at woolies .... i just want to recommend their grilled chicken...it's the best.
I boght leggings at Eastgate clothing, they're very comfortable and what i love about them is that i can even wear them at work since they dont even look like leggings nor fit like the tight leggings i normally buy elsewhere.... I'm really happy with pick n pay clothing
