I have received bad service from Take a lot , I ordered a wireless mouse it was delivered today and was not working I tried connecting the Bluetooth however there was not button to press on the mouse to pair with my laptop I returned the device to take a lot Midrand and they said it will be replaced I asked them to change address to delivery at home as I choose to pick it up I was told that they cannot change the address , this month alone I have returned twice with take a lot their service is so bad and selling bad quality

I am not happy with the service I have received so far with Miway, I logged a claim on Saturday morning , on Monday was told that the car will be assessed and will get a report within 3 days, now its Friday the report is not available , been calling not getting any help, I thought claiming with miway will be easy but so far its been a hustle and am at their mercy, I been paying my premuims very since 2019 never even skipped any paymemts but the service I received not happy at all.
I settled both my loans on the 10th of September 2021, on Monday I sent them proof of payment for both loans, I have been calling and being told that finance will allocate the funds and close the accounts, now I have being sent from pillar to post and the loan is still opened earning interest and now on the 20th will be debited for a loan that I paid on the 10th, I was told that this will be resolved within 72 hours nothing am so furious and taking this matter to the Obdusman. I am really not impressed at all and should my account be debited on the 20th I will take this matter to lawyers , because I settled my loans on the 10th don't understand why its still opened while I even sent proof of payments so the account can closed
Good day I bought iron on the 3rd of October 2020, it happened I use the iron and it stopped working. On the 11 of November 2020 I returned the iron and was told they cannot exchange it as the return policy is 14 days, they will send it for repairs which takes 21 days, I don't understand why should I wait for 21 days while I have one year warranty , I bought the iron at fourways game store, the lady that assisted me couldn't care and she was rude , now I have to wait for 21 days to get an iron. I am not happy with their service. I am really not happy with their service how can I wait while its not my fault that the iron is not working
On Friday i was mugged,, i then called Vodacom call centre to do sim swap for me, then they said it will take 3 hours, i then called after 3 hours and then they said i must check after 3 hours, i waited and when i called the agent dropped the call on me, i was fustrated as i needed to check my accounts and they said it take 3 hours, am even thinking of moving back to MTN, really got bad service, not happy at all
