Dear [Uber Eats Support/Customer Service], I placed a food order via the Uber Eats app and selected a scheduled time slot for delivery. I waited accordingly, only to discover that the order had been cancelled—without any notification or action on my part. This has left me in a difficult position, as I was relying on the order to provide a meal for my family. The lack of communication and unexplained cancellation is entirely unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated urgently, and that appropriate recourse be provided. At the very least, I expect a full refund and an explanation for the cancellation. I also request that measures be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again. I look forward to your prompt response.
An item has been dispatched to me and has been in the possession of this “courier” for more than a week and yet to be delivered. I have been waiting and it is proving slower than the postal service.
The level of feedback and update on the return item leaves a whole lot to be desired. The is no contact person and every time I call in to enquirer I get a new agent and it means explaining my enquiry all over.
The level of feedback with regards to returns is sub par. I have to log a new query every time I enquirer about my returned item.speaking to a new agent every time to bring them up to speed and then I get no feedback.

We had received lightning damage on the decoder and had frequented the service centre. The decoder had been replaced but we are still not able to view anything as there is an error message on the decoder stating that there is no signal (E-40).<br> <br> We had contacted the installer initially sent to us to troubleshoot the issue. We have received no further assistance.<br> we are already disheartened at the whole multichoice franchise in which this matter had been handled.we have insured the decoders but it was not worth it.<br> <br> It is a pity that multichoice monoplises this sector.<br> <br>
We had asked for PAL electronics for a technician to troubleshoot and repair the installation after lightning had damaged the equipment. There equipment had been replaced and required them to conduct the installation. We are still waiting. Poor service.
i submitted a request on the spectramed website. the request has not been resolved.
I have requested service on the dstv website for repairs on the decoder that sustained lightning damage.<br> <br> I have not received a response in this regard
