Easy to use bank for Identity theft for money laundering
This bank should be closed down. Anybody can take your ID number, apply for an account on-line and open a bank account in your name. Extremely poor to non-existent in securing the South African population against identity theft.

Trustworthy dealership
If you are interested in purchasing a 2nd hand vehicle, I recommend that you visit Active Auto in Vereeniging. I traded my two vehicles for two other vehicles from their stock in July 2023. The Vehicles received valets and minor defects on the exteriors were repaired to showroom condition. After sales service is also exceptional. If you encounter an issue with your vehicle purchased here, it will be sorted out. The salesperson Zelda Kühn, who assisted us with the deals, is very reliable and trustworthy. She keeps you up to date throughout the process and is swift to respond to your enquiries. Homechoice *****
I received sms's from Homechoice regarding an order. Since I didn't place an order I immediately contacted Homechoise and reported it as *****. When I requested a rwcirding of the order, which was done telephonically, I was told that I am not allowed without a subpoena. Which is not acceptable. The value of items that was ordered was nearly R40000. Homechoice said they will investigate, but mot giving me the option to pursue ******** charges, is depriving me of my right and protection against *****ulent activities on my account. I asked to close the account then since it was not secure and would have been liable for the payment of the items

Vodacom wants to lose customers
I’ve been a Vodacom customer for roughly 25 years. The last 8 years I have lived in an area where Vodacom cellphone coverage went from good to bad to almost none. I had six contracts, currently have only 3 left and planning to cancel them as soon as they lapse. Numerous complaints and requests to check and try to rectify cellphone coverage in the area has fallen on deaf ears. So yesterday our landlord in the security village said that we as tenants need to all register or log complaints again, to try and get Vodacom to look into the network issue. I phoned this morning and explained to the consultant what I intend to do (cancel my contracts and move to a provider that does cover the area). The consultant advised me to cancel the contracts with 30 days notice. i explained again, yes I do understand how cancellation works. I am just letting Vodacom know, that if they do not do something about network coverage, they are going to totally lose me as a client. It seemed to me that the consultant did not care much for this fact, because she dis not even ask me for my exact location or offered to assist, just basically telling me how I should cancel. Well done Vodacom, it seems that you don’t care to do business anymore and your clients don’t mean anything to you after +20 years of loyalty

Box office double billing again
I need to get clarification on why, when I rent a, one, uno, 1, meaning a single movie on box office am I being charged R70? I literally took a screen shot of my account before rental and immediately after and the amount due changed with R70. I would like to stress the fact that I have raised this issue before and am being told there is no issue with my account. Please tell me again and explain to me again how big of an idiot I am, that I cannot do basic math and accounting.

Long wait for item from storage

Imbewu security scam
If you ever come across this business, especially Rodney v Rensburg. Stay clear. They habitually con you out of money, have terrible customer relations and are in the business of theft rather than securing. Rodney also does not respond well to honest reviews of "his businesses" threatening and attempting to blackmail bad reviewers. As far as I know, bankruptcy has followed him around everywhere and the latest scam is in his son's name, named Imbewu security and operating at Taaibos lifestyle estate.

Stay away from Motordeal
I strongly recommend that you do not make use of this dealership in the Vaal triangle. I have bought several vehicles from them and have had some minor and then some major issues with them. The last and final straw was them selling me a code 3 vehicle, which was financed by Absa as code 2. Obviously I did not know this from the start. The poorly repaired vehicle broke down twice and was a hazard to drive. Another conspicuous aspect is where did this vehicle go for roadworthy tests? Most of their vehicles are junk, that are being repaired to a "standard", what you don't see won't hurt you? I beg to differ, road safety is not to be compromised. Financial institutions should not assist them with finance.
