10 000km service done today, was very easy to book an appointment. Everything done professionally. When I took the car in on the morning received a warm welcome and was attended to immediately. Transport arranged to be dropped at work and also to be collected after service. Friendly drivers , At 14h47 service is already done and all is in order so far. Great service indeed.

Orlando Pirates Online store can I kindly get assistance please. I placed an order on the 24th July 2025 for a shirt and even today I have not received my order. Dear Netstar Hope this finds you well Can I kindly get assistance please, I have sold my car Volkswagen Polo Vivo using license number DT ** ** GP several months back I have requested that the details be changed to the current owner (Palesa who is using numbers 067********* ) and was told that profile was created for her, but she did not have all information to complete change (by Yolanda Daniso). The issue was supposed to be resolved by Monday 16 June 2025 but to this day it is not. Does it really make sense for me to continue paying Netstar while not owning the car anymore? Shameful Cell C, how on earth do you urge your clients to reset their password when attempting to sign into the web, send the OTP and thereafter ask existing client who has been using your website and app to create/register the account? Worse of all, even when attempting to register the process FAILS?? Like really??? Wow... Can someone please fix this mess.
Hello there, Is there anyone who knows what is happening with NETSTAR? I have their car tracking device installed and for months now I have been receiving SMS's about possible remote jamming and when checking the registration on the SMS isn't mine. They have also called me several times and have requested them to fix their system. Most of the time they drop the phone while I am talking, last person to do so was the lady called Ntebo who called me at 06:02am (19 June 2024). Are we actually safe? I honestly had it with this now and will start shopping around for another tracking company.
I am with Debt Busters under debt review and have been paying for over a year or so now. Recently I have been receiving calls from Easton-Berry Collections because they say one of my accounts (Edcon/Edgars) account it hasn't been paid and has missed payments. When checking on my Statements under Debt Busters I notice that the account status is actually written off. Just wish I can get them to stop or at least check with Debt busters as I believe that being under debt review actually means that one is protected.
I must say that I am totally disappointed in the manner that the department is dealing with clients. Visited the department because I needed to do my car disc. While waiting the lady in front of me had an confrontation with the cashier as the cashier did not want to print for her an invoice. On my turn I couldn't get the disc because I was told I need to bring proof of residence this despite that my previous car was registered at the same department with the same address that I am using currently. Guess the rules have now changed??? Let me add that a friend of mine bought a car several weeks ago and he was able to register his car even though he is using his home address NOT Midrand address. Like I said maybe rules has changed.

Called the insurance company needing to cancel the policy cause I received a better offer somewhere. Spoke with the consultant and we agreed on lower premium, lower access which exactly what I wanted. Happy with that .
