Terrible service
Pathetic service I'm getting from the Claim dept Agent called Shane with empty promises and when they are supposed to call back you end up following them. My car was taken from me on the 30 Dec and till now I don't know where and how far is my car. Canceling all my services with Budget. Terrible and I will make sure I'm leaving with the 3 people I recruited for u.this is bull****

They made me pay for a warranty and they did not pay the Warranty team, so they wanted to keep the money for themselves and luckily i had to claim from the warranty and i was told they never paid for the account but on my side they did take the money. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS WITH THEIR SO NON EXISTING WARRANTY THAT THEY TAKING WITH M-SURE KMH Durban- Will never even refer a client to them , they are TSOTSIS

Worst clinic ever existed and their nurses give us attitude every time we at the clinic and they prioritize friends and keep sits for them. U always wait more then 5 hours to be helped.
