Absolutely appalling!!! The amount of spam I receive is borderline abuse. Do these people know about POPIA? Leave me alone! I will avoid your stores like the plague. Disgusting! 🤢
Avoid at all cost! They will ***** your money! I am nearly R5k out of pocket for radio that does not work and they refuse to do anything about it!.. STAY AWAY or kiss your money goodbye. A police case is being opened for theft and taking it further with laywers.
CONSTANT delays of 2 or more hours. Do you really think a measly R150 Wimpy voucher will fix your incompetence? TOTALLY TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Furthermore, how is it possible for this "company" not to have a contact line??? I am assuming it is because they would have to hire an entire call center to deal with all the unhappy clients. I will NEVER fly with them again. AVOID AT ALL COST if you want to get to your destination on time.
In early 2021, I took my Ford Kuga to Car Care Clinic (CCC) due to a timing issue. Despite two weeks of service at their Alberton Branch, the problem remained unresolved, and the vehicle's engine was overheated whilst under their care. A written agreement, signed by a CCC employee, indicated they would arrange for Ford's services to repair the damages and cover the associated costs. When the quote from Ford was presented, the financial commitments as per my understanding of the agreement were not met by CCC's regional manager. Regrettably, to reclaim my vehicle from CCC, payment was required from my end. At this point, the vehicle was left in a dismantled state in Alberton with the entire engine being removed. The regional manager then told us that this was no longer issue anymore and I must take it legal. Subsequently, we initiated legal proceedings and were awarded a judgment in our favor. The court directed that CCC branch to compensate us approximately R150,000 for the incurred damages and costs. However, even after receiving judgement we had to further pursue payment and to date we have only received R30,000 from the Alberton branch owner, an amount that falls short of covering the damages experienced. Our dealings with CCC have been challenging and have highlighted the need for better customer service and accountability. We hope this recount of our experience encourages CCC to reinforce their commitment to client satisfaction and trust
AVOID AT ALL COST! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We stayed at the resort for 3 nights and where to begin. 1.I was bitten by BED BUGS all over my body!!! This is absolutely atrocious considering this is not a cheap accommodation. 2. The lakes are in a revolting state. 3. After we paid for the canoes, we got soaked as the plugs are all missing. When we told the receptionist, she just "they must be all ******". No refund, nothing! 4. The hikes are really poorly marked. To top it all off, we emailed our concerns to and THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED EVEN REPLYING! DISGUSTING!!!! It is a pity as the surrounds are unreal. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Zero stars! WORST quality Chinese **** of EVERYTHING. I keep having to return goods as the quality is just on a different level of low. The staff are useless, prices high and you sit and wait to pay as there are 2/3 tellers. STAY AWAY!!!
