I received my router on the 4th of June and they say the service is active , I connected my router and the internet light is red, what is more frustrating is that they have no call centre number to speak to the technical agent , they only have WhatsApp which is useless . Today my account was debited but the services are not working and no one is able to assist. I am very frustrated as I have exams to write and the WiFi is not working. Virgin active called me I think in September and told me that I have an outstanding balance with them. I acknowledge the outstanding amount that I'm aware of ir and they can debit in the 27th of September. The call cut off and the guy that I spoke to didn't call me back to recap the call and read the terms and conditions. On the 21st , I woke up and had an SMS from my bank and when I checked it was virgin active they debited my account and there was no funds and I was sitting with with a minuse balance. I called them and explained what happend that I was debited on the day that I did not agree to. I was told to email my bank statement to accounts@virginactive.co.za and I did that , there was no feedback to date from that email. I called again and i spoke to the manager of the guy who was loaded a debit order for the 21st that I did not agreed to , that manager asked me to send my bank statement again to her , I asked her for her email and she said she will send me a test email on my work email and on my personal email , month later I'm still waiting for that email. I called again to complain about the guy and his supervisor and I told them that I want to cancel my contract because I feel that virgin active does not value me as their customer and all the empty promises for calling me back and on top of it all debiting my bank account without my permission. I want my account to be cancelled and I want the money that needs to be credited back to me from my old account to be credited back to me.. My cellphone number is 0780250902
I lost forgot my phone on uber on the 27th of this month at 4:22am. I remember two minutes after the driver dropped us off that I left my phone and I dialed my number it rang but there was no answer. I dialed again it went on voice mail. I contacted the driver and he sounded very suspicious when I asked him about my phone. 1st he asked me what type of phone and the colour, I told him it's a Samsung galaxy note 3 white in colour he then said problem is that he took the car to the car and he asked hobo to wash it... my question is why would you take your car to the car wash and then asked hobo to wash the car?? I phoned him so many times on Sunday and he rejected my calls, everyday I try to call him but he is not answering my calls..His name was Njabulo driving a Toyota Etios. We requested him at 4:22 with my friends number ********** 292. All I want is my phone back, there's work emails on that phone.
I took a policy with sanlam 2011 and every month on the 27th their debit order goes off, yesterday i called Sanlam to enquirer about something and only to be told that I owe Sanlam Sky R1002.51. I told the consultant i was talking to yesterday that every month on the 27th i get a message to say that money was deducted, she advise that i go to the bank and ask for my bank statements from 2011 to 2016, i am not gonna do that and whose gonna pay for 5 years bank statements and anyway I dont have time to go to the bank. Not a single day i got a call or a message from sanlam to tell me that I owe them money and I dont know how can I owe you money if my debit goes off every month and it goes off on my pay day. i am so dissapointed with Sanlam i mean 5 years with you and the 1st time i call your customer care i get such news. please investigate on your side but i am not willing to go to the bank and ask for statements from 2011 thats rediculous.
On the 2nd of February 2016 I received an sms from MTN saying an amount of R2854.99 was due. I than pay R1000 on the 2nd at Gateway ABSA ATM after that R1000 payment I received an sms saying I need to pay an overdue amount of R1854.99 to avoid suspension. I paid R700 on the 11th of Feb after that payment I received another sms saying I need to pay R1154.99. I called the customer care today doing a follow up on my request to cancel my 0780250902 contract than I was told that it cannot be cancelled because I owe R2900 and when I ask why is it still R2900 because the message I received said I owe R2845 and I paid R1700 . As far as I know I owe MTN R1154.99 plus the current amount. I was also advised by your agent that she can see the sms's that MTN is sending to me.. The amount that are being sent to me does not correspond with what she sees on the system. I called sometime last week when my line was suspended I spoke to the guy I forgot his name.. He confirmed that the amount that I need to pay was R1854.99.. today when I called I'm told that I owe R2800 again... This is strange... I owed MTN 2854.99 I paid R1700 but I still owe R2800. I am really confused and frustrated.
I relocated from JHB to Duran last year July, I asked zone fitness to cancel my contract and they advise that they can't cancel it as I was still owing them and they advise that the last instalment will go off at the end of November. To my suprise zonefitnes deducted until the 27th of January through Norman Bisset Attorneys... now I'm getting calls everyday from NBA telling me that my last installment will go off at the end of Feb and the amount that will be debited in my account is R112 yet my installment has always been R185. I sent an email to Hilda zonefitnes asking her to cancel my contract, she ask for my gym membership number and I told her that I lost my card the time I was busy with relocation and I gave her my ID number... I did not receive any feedback from her.. sent another email in December to her still no response... I sent the last email to hilda again on the 4th of this month still im not getting any joy from her. I called zone fitness life centre today and I ask to speak to hilda, the guy I spoke with advise that Hilda was available but she was busy on another call. Up until now I haven't receive any feedback. Can someone assist me with regards to my issue.
My dad passed away in 2000. Sometime this year the municipal change water mitres to prepaid and when they do that they cut off water supply to my home. Since February this year we leave in a house without water. I thought water was a basic need in South Africa... 10 months without water we always ask our neighbours for water they are tired of us now.. both parents passed away and we cannot afford to pay what is owed to the municipality an indigent forms were submitted to the municipality offices at kwagcaleka Mandeni and the lady that works there refuse to take the forms because we didnt specify how are we surving my question is do i need to write that i live with dating old men? Water is a basic need and one cannot live without.
I always get a call from 0214922195 and today i asked the lady who called me where is she calling from and she 1st didnt wanna tell me than said ackermans. Your call centre have been calling me everyday even at night and i keep telling them that the people they are looking for no longer work with me. Today at 8:47am a lady called again and she gave me an attitude and she was rude to me when i ask her to remove my number since i dont work with the person she was looking for.I want this agent to call me and apologies there was no need for her rudness towards me, i dont owe ackermans and i dont want to get calls from them anymore.
