Hi , I booked my car in for a service on 3rd of July. After the service my car started making squeaking noises that it never was before. I've never experienced an issue like that because I always took my car directly to Suzuki dealerships for servicing. I had to take it back so they could check the car and their workshop staff did something weird to the car. Nonetheless, it's a week later and the car is still squeaking everytime I reverse. What did you guys do to my car? It's such an inconvenience because now I have to take it back yet again. Why I'm writing this complaint is because your team had the ***** to send my details to a sales person to try sell me a new car while your workshop did a shoddy job of servicing my car, it's hard to trust your branch. Hi I really wanted to write a good review for Jonathan Evans from the Suzuki Edmond Auto Durban branch. The service he has provided me with has been consistently excellent on all 3 occasions that I brought my car in for a service. He should really be commended and recognized for the excellent way that he deals with his customers. It makes a huge difference to customer loyalty! Thank you Jonathan

Highly do not recommend this ISP, having a terrible experience. I signed up early Feb to FTTH. I waited 2 weeks and metro Fibre was sent out to do the installation and Telkom only sent out a UPS no router as promised in the package. I have been trying so hard to reach out to ask for the router to be delivered but it's like the company doesn't want to hear their customer. When you go on the website you can only speak to a chat bot, I have been waiting up to now for call back that was logged on the website. I have sent numerous email and no reply to date. There's no call centre number l feel really lost as a customer not sure what else to do. They also send you a link to an app to track your order, alas that is not working because it tells me there is no such service number or order number even though that is what they sent to me on SMS. I'm so dissapointed, I just wish I never signed up and should've known better from a company with such low ratings, do not sign up with this company not good at all
I recently bumped my car and took it to Big Five Panel n Paint. The service is so excellent from beginning to end. The staff really take care of you as a customer and give personalised service. They are so friendly and efficient, I can't stop saying how impressed I am. Shirley was an absolute star, she kept me updated regularly on the progress of my car. I highly recommend anyone to going to BIG FIVE, you will be impressed by the excellent service.

Booked my car in for a minor service on a Monday. Man, I regret it. Slow service, my car was not ready at the time that it was expected, and told to bring it back for a free clean because they had a hectic day. I'm more worried that a proper job wasn't even done on my car and will have to take it back to a garage I can trust. Unfortunate first experience, won't recommend and won't be back.
I had the worst ever experience at McDonald's Berea in Durban today. I ordered a simpe dbl quarter pounder meal and mcnuggets. I waited for over 30 minutes at the counter, no one called the order number, it wasnt even brought out from the back. After I lost it, the guy working there had the nerve to tell me someone else picked it up because I wasnt there. I was standing there the whole time so only god knows ehat happened to my order. The shift manager with a stinking attitude didnt even say a word or apologize, I just demanded my refund because I refuse to let McDonald's incompetent staff treat my like a second rate citizen that must beg for service. Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food joint, bad bad bad trust me that I will be telling all my people about this, I hope that staff manager gets seriously disciplined, just not on.
I phoned One Life and spoke to Marcel who was very helpful, and he said he would send me an email right away. I went on to the email link and asked to be called back, and within minutes my call was returned by Jarred Jacobs, who was very knowledgable and helpful, pleasant and with a great sense of humour.
