Since 9/12/2025 I receive a SMS your parcel is out for delivery and still have not received my parcel. This is the worst service every received. In respect of my emails sent to their customer service which inform me with the same info "your parcel is out for delivery" THEY ARE PATHETIC.
Bought online a Hoverboard 6.5 for my grandson as a xmas gift, when received it doesn't charge. I have requested a return on 26/12/2024 and up until today I have not received any feedback from them for the pickup as this is online and can't be taken to a store. I followed up 2 times with no success. This gift is a value of R3100 and so dissappointed in the after sale service.
My husband passed away 13/6/2023. The insurance settled the account however after settlement, fees been charged and I keep on getting sms to pay R40 to prevent action taken? I have already sent 6 emails with no success.
My husband and I visited the spa on Sunday the 25th. We are going to this spa for the past 4 years and every time our expectations are met. Our 2 the******, Irene and Fatima performed the massages as requested and the day was relaxed. The food provided was also very good presented.
I handed in my Milex Air fryer 13/9/2020. After numerous follow up from my side eventually they called and I paid the repair fees 2/10/2020. Up until today I still have not received my item. I called Makro once again and I was told they will go and pick it up 8/10/2020. What type of service is this to wait almost 1 month for the item to be repaired. I have sent an email and also have not received any response on my mail sent to them.
I bought an item and the parcel was picked up 20/12 in Durban to be delivered in Florida Hills and when I've called them 31/12 I were informed that the parcel has not even yet left Durban. Why should such courier business even be used??
We done an online booking 1/12/2017 to stay in the hotel and paid with our credit card R1328.57 The provider is amoma.com.hotels. We stayed over 31/12/2017. On 30/1/2018 without contacting us or consulting with us Emperors debits my credit card with R2100.00. After investigating Rebecca state amoma is not paying them. I was promised we will be refunded and up until today this is not done. Why should we be in the middle and pay twice for the service. The matter will also be revered to the Ombudsman to recover our money.
