I want a refund and my money back! 2 months later you still have not resolved my two previous issues! I could have bought a watch for R600 and had all the features that Samsung S.A decided to take away. ECG, Blood Pressure and Blood ogygen! After sales services is worst than Eskom! Pay back our money!
Worst After Sales service, non-existent! Customer Service worse than Eskom! Dont buy a Samsung Device or a Samsung Watch 4, App not supported in S.A. So samsung does not give 2 ****s about South Africa after sales service or even just Service! They will sell you a device and tell you after the fact that your washing machine will have a few features that is not working as it is not supported in S.A. or for that matter a TV! Just dont buy Samsung in South Africa!!!!
What a super kak after sales service! Been to two different shops, one at Mall @ Africa and Eastgate. Enter the shop with unfriendly staff! Incompetent staff! Have no idea how to help! Wish i could get my money back and they can take there devices and stuff it where the sun dont shine! Dont forget if you thinkbof getting a galaxy watch 4 that half the apps and support dont exist! No blood pressure or ecg, phone us useless! Please dont upgrade or buy it!
I really love how the company is making use of the school with special benefits and the school for the Blind to repray and and assemble you vehicle when doing repairs. I have been asked to collect my vehicle multiple times and even at times just arrived to get answers as no one get back to with feedback. 4 months later and up until today my vehicle has not been repaired to standards, panels not aligned, over spay all over the vehicle. Part of the vehicle identified to be repaired has just been regarded and not repaired. Vehicle looks like a school of 12 years olds in their arts and crafts repaired my vehicle. Vehicle pass their own quality inspection, even willing to take vehicle to its dealership not even knowing about the multiple defects. Duncan, Darrel, Liezel, directors of the company take no proud in repairing your vehicle to its original state. Place is run by a bunch of clowns not taking any responsibility of you repair.
<p>Rethabile Pheko (Precious) @ FNB cancell a card 3 days after issued without any instuction and or authority with no comments left on the system, Spoke to 28 personel from FNB and all want to drive to a branch. FNB has costed me R1200 in phone calls and petrol waisted, forget about the time waiting in a que to just tell me they dont know why! Worst Bank Service Ever. Stay away from FNB! Rather pay the more expensive admin cost with another Bank that will assist you and not be so co incompitent to deliver a service to their client and or customers.</p>
<p>Had my phone for two years and signed contract for two years, due so incompotent person doing something wrong on the system, i m not allowed to uograde for another year and no customet are agent nor upgrading department say they can do any thing about it, been a loyal client for more than 14 Years now. currently on Redadvantage pacakage, you woulf think they will make an Effert to resolve but nothing just put the phone down in your ear, Vodacom is getting worce and worce, customer care is a Joke, and know i can only upgrade after owening the ohone for more that 3 years... Bride of contract and clearly state that no one know whats going on there! If my problem does not get fixed tofay i will take my service to Somewhere else and make aeveryone aware of the fraudulas schemes of Vodamcom</p>
<p>I am a Redadvantage dleint of vodacom and have been a cleint with them foa s long as i can remmmeber, I recently realised that i bought the phone and have a proof of purchase stating such, i hen contacted the upgrading departement and gentlemen their said that i am bu their system date are incorrect and cannot do anythin about it, so no i have to waith another ear to tbe able to upgrade and custemomer care does not give a **** and or willing to assist in this manner, si will pay an additional R 12 000 for and additional 12 months without the upgrade and noone from Vodacom cares! due so human error on their side!</p>

Benoni Properties have the worst management systems in place for overseeing their property, I have been staying in Lusitania for less than a year now and have only had problems from day 1 moving into one of their units. I so happen to move into a unit a family member have stayed in 2 years prior and the security gate password to get out have not been changed in over three years so anyone can get out in once in the complex. They broken into multiple units various times and stolen thru windows and management does nothing about it. They have even gotten into my unit with keys and stole a list of thing adding up to R50 000 in damages and again no security measures taken, They have one guard that also does garden work but sleeping somewhere in a dark corner and nowhere to be found. I also have to fight every week for the garden to be attended to and grass to be cut and always find gardener hiding behind a building in the shade doing absolute nothing. And off course none of the gardeners who live in the complex in staff courters who has keys to all units, speak only foreign language as they are all from Mozambique. Do not even think about renting from Benoni Properties as it not safe.
I have been billed for a data usage of 2.7 GB on hotspot at 05:00 am on the 25th November when im still fast asleep with no one knowing my password and without me having hotspot on. I do not have kids and all other devices have been checked in the house for possibly magicly connecting to my phone. How is this even possible!
