Would give a zero if I could. Not only increased daily charge again, added new additional charges and made the app purchasing far more difficult than it was before. Now takes multiple attempts to try purchase electricity.
Ridiculous, just increase contract payment amounts mid-contract, how is this even legal. Not to mention the worst connectivity out of EVERY other cell provider. You should be disgusted, but you couldn't care as long as you're making bank and getting money
Hollard is a DISGRACE! From early April we have been trying to get our payment for the Hospital Cash Benefit which we have been paying for years, still nothing! Help centre is useless, staying on hold for over 20 minutes is not acceptable. After many calls and empty promises, we were guaranteed that payment would be received by Wednesday 21 May, 2025, still waiting. If I could give a zero rating, you can bet that I would.
I ordered an item online on February 12th, it was stated 2-5 business days for delivery, it is now the end of February 19th and I have yet to receive it. That is now the end of 5 business days, the help centre is absolutely useless. You have cost me, as the client, more money by having people on standby to receive and set-up. YOU ARE A JOKE!!!!!
AVOID IF YOU CAN!! Arrived at 16:25 after booking for 08:00. Needed two tanks completely drained, they partially did one and left. Came back the next day and completed that same first tank. But due to how full they were, the tanks are still not cleared. Came back a third time and refused to do either of the tanks and left. Over the years I have never had an issue with them, what has changed!?! When a client needs the tanks drained, then drain them as required, even if it takes multiple loads for the tiny truck. Not that difficult!
Pathetically Useless!!!! My laptop was sent in for a screen replacement, it came back a month later completely wiped! Not a single shred of data or any programs on the laptop. They are so incredibly incapable of following basic protocol to do a precautionary back-up or at least contact the client prior to doing whatever the hell it is they did to achieve that result. Disgusted, has cost me an absolute fortune to get programs again, and not even to mention all the personal travel photos of almost a year now lost forever. ENSURE, YOU ARE A G**DAMN JOKE!!!
I purchased a new laptop in December, TWO days later it overheated and was replaced. Six months down the line more issues with the new laptop, but as I was overseas I could only return it in August. They sent it in for the LCD screen to be replaced. FOUR weeks later it returns and my entire harddrive and programs have been wiped. No explanation, just constant excuses for their negligence. It is my source of income and they just couldn't give a s**t! This has been ongoing since August 30th, appalling and pathetic!
I am told that I have a ridiculous tone playing when people call me. This is a number I use for business and I did not apply for any of this ****, it is very unprofessional and effecting my business! I need it removed.
I was the only one in line at the KFC Ballito Junction Mall at 18h38, they refused to serve me saying that they were closing. Every other outlet in the food court continued to serve all the customers they had in their lines.
Usually a big fan of how things work on here, however one very specific company is not being held accountable or even replying to their negative posts. Please could someone take a look into Takealot.com and see why they feel they deserve to just ignore their Customers.
