Dushkin quoted me for moving my household goods from Durban to Joburg (I was relocating to Joburg). Paid him the full amount upfront. Emailed him a week before the pickup date but no response. Eventually told me that he could not pick up the goods on the date that was originally agreed upon (24/3/2016). Sent a driver over on Saturday (26/03/2016) @ 11:30am (driver was supposed to arrive at 9am). Driver was either drunk or high! Goods collected and packed by the assistant and I was assured that the goods will be delivered by 10pm that evening. While I was driving to Joburg with my wife and child, Dushkin called me to say that the driver was arrested for drunk driving and that he could only deliver the goods the next day @ 9am (Sunday 27/03/2016). I had no choice but to agree to this! Suffice to say Duskin lied about this as well. My household goods only arrived on Sunday @ 3:30pm. Confronted Duskin about the huge delays on the day of delivery and all he did was apologise for the late delivery. DO NOT USE THIS REMOVAL SERVICE! Duskin is not a man of his word and will let you down completely!!!! Utterly disgusted and shocked at the type of service received.
Ordered a F17 fabulous platter together with pop prawns and squiggly pops. Collected order and went home only to find out that I was not given any coleslaw. I called the branch on 031 463 3667 and asked to speak to the Fishaways sales counter. The person on the other end made me wait for over 5 minutes and still no response. I eventually cut the call and decided to drive back to the branch where I asked for the manager who was actually the lady that served me (Lindiwe Khomo). I explained the situation to her and demanded a response as to why the food item was missing and as to why no one was taking my calls? She did not have an answer. Gave my my food item and just said sorry! Absolutely terrible customer service! No compensation for driving back all the way to the store to collect the food item which they forgot to give me! Also making a customer wait for over 5 minutes and not taking the call is pathetic!
Order placed and paid for at drive-thru @ 8:19pm. (4 zinger wings). Order received at 8: 35pm. No staff at the pick up station for the drive-thru orders. I had a single vehicle in front of me and the driver of this vehicle was furious that no staff could be found (he did not have a big order). Overall a negative experience. No apology from the drive through staff on the delay. Disappointing service! Had other drive-thru customers walking up to the drive thru window and complaining!
Purchased a second hand vehicle from SMG Shelly Beach. Dealt with Videsh Balmith. What an excellent purchasing experience. Salesman went out of his way to ensure the vehicle was prepared according to pre-agreed purchase conditions. The vehicle was ready for collection before the agreed date. Salesman kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership anytime! <br> Thanks for making this a pleasurable purchasing experience.<br> <br>

Greeted by the Tyson Properties agent.<br> <br> Post viewing and after trying to get her attention (she seemed more interested in chatting with her friend) the agent was unable to answers specific questions that I posed about the property (insurance levies, interior renovations, etc). I was provided with negative answers/answers that did not make sense. I have dealt with other agents before this (within the Tyson group) and I have received excellent service.<br> <br> Overall a negative experience.... <br> <br>
I visited the Maxis branch on my way from Johannesburg to Durban yesterday (28 December 2015). There are a few points that you should note: <br> 1. The gents toilet facilities were terrible (flooded urinal, waste paper on the floor, tissues everywhere, terrible smells). <br> 2. I was looking forward to a beef burger only to be advised that you guys were out of stock of beef patties (waitress told this to me after i had sat down). <br> 3. The ice cream machine was not working hence we could not get any milkshakes. <br> I was not the only one who felt that things were terrible at this branch. A customer before me refused to pay for her lunch and was arguing with the manager. I had a child that was troubling and as a result did not have the time to take this up with the manager. <br> I tried calling your customer care line today only to get an automated voice message requesting me to leave a message (are you guys not working on a normal day). I also tried to go onto your website to lodge a compliant to no avail. <br> It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to visit this establishment again unless you are forced too.
Went into Edgars Galleria Mall this past Saturday (19/09/2015). I needed to exchange an item of baby clothing that was given as a gift to me at a baby shower. Sales assistant told me that it was fine to just pick a new item of baby clothing, go to the till point, exchange the item and pay in the difference. Went to till point only to be asked for the proof of purchase! The item still had the Edgars tag attached (the only thing that was cut out was the price section of the tag - the bar code, etc was all intact). I was advised by the teller to please get the proof of purchase from the person who gave the gift to me. Apparently this is the new Edgars policy. The thing is that i received the gift anonymously (i had a surprise baby shower where everyone contributed gifts with no names attached to them). I now need to go and ask each baby shower attendee as to who purchased the item and if i can have the necessary proof of purchase! Totally unacceptable from my side! Edgars was not losing out here. I was taking a more expensive item of clothing! They need to communicate the updated returns policy to all customers!
Purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla from Selvan Pillay @ Hillcrest Toyota. Excellent and professional service at all times. A please doing business with this salesman / dealership.
