I really don't understand why Vodacom insists on using Skynet Worldwide Express. on 19/11/2024 I received an SMS stating that my parcel is out for delivery, then on the same day I received another SMS stating that the delivery failed. No one contacted me as I had my phone with me the whole day. The same thing happened again on 20/11/2024. Now its 21/11/2024 and I received the infamous "out for delivery" sms. This is really frustrating and what's worse is that its almost impossible to get a hold of Skynet Worldwide Express on the phone. And they blatantly ignore you on their whatsapp.

It baffles me how paying customers can be ignored like this. Now I've paid for the month but already I'm on day 4 with internet. Will I be reimbursed

I have been trying to contact Granadilla Insurance for the past 3 weeks. Even the chatbot thing is not helpful. All I want to do is to change my cellphone number on my policy.
I've been waiting for my parcel for a full 4 weeks now. I've tried to contact them on their chat service, but that's a futile exercise. When you call, you spend at least 20 minutes on hold. I'm at their warehouse in Montague Gardens and the only person paying me any attention is the poor security guard at the gate. Their service is appaling
Edgars has been charging me for policies I have never requested. I emailed them and was advised that they would be cancelled. These policies were requested by a store in Benoni, but I live in Cape Town. They have cancelled said policies but refuse to pay me back my money, which is more than R1200
I left my Lenovo laptop on a buy back. When i went to pick it up on 29/08/15 i was told it had been stolen. I spoke to a manager, Liberty and he told me to pick one from the stock they had in store. I was not happy with this and he promised to call me back, but i'm still waiting for the call
