I placed an order and it never arrived. I got a notification that it was delivered,I immediately contacted uber eats. They are refusing to refund me because their driver followed their policy. There is a trend of drivers claiming to not be reaching customers and taking the food for themselves. Uber eats is not doing anything. Customer service doesn't matter to this company!
Dear SARS.i submitted my tax return in July but since then I have been chasing you for my refund. You asked me to provide documents for banking details verification and I did but I still her sms informing that this verification is in process and will take 21 working days. We have way passed 21 working days and your call centre stuff have run our of excuses. I raised a complaint with your complaints department and they didn't even bother respond tp my query. If I was the one owing you,you would be chasing me,charging me interest and penalties but now that the tables are turned around,you don't care.
I bought aluminium material and was helped by Beauty. I made the payment on the 31st of August and delivery was supposed to take place on the 2nd of September. To date,I have not received the material and she has blocked me on the phone. When I call their landlines,they don't answer anymore. She is a **** and very rude! All I need from these people is my money back!
If you have an insurance with these idiots, cancel it!! they are useless
I called DSTV customer Centre, with a query on my account and they promised to get back to me. When I call again following up, they say I must give them 24 hours. That time they have suspended the services, while I have made the payment for the month. MultiChoice, please sort out the issue and get back to me or activate the account
After months of back and forth with LegalWise, they send me an email saying they can't help me, I must find a private attorney That was it, they are done! After I have been paying membership fees consistently, I ask them to help me with one case and they cant do it!! The service in this place is beyond poor. I don't know how they still have clients. One useless company in this country
Worst service ever! I cannot believe people who claim to be there for you in times of trouble are so bad and responding to emails. They never provide feedback, I must be the one who is calling and emailing and even then, I am met with excuses after excuses. These people are so efficient when it comes to deducting premiums but cannot take a minute to call you about your case. Its been months of going back and forth but I am not getting any results!!

I am here again FNB because it seems like this is the only way you respond to queries. I am still waiting for you to sort out my issue with my life insurance I have with you
I took a life cover with FNB years back. They terminated it in September 2019 and the issue was with them not collecting premiums. I called them and they re-instated it. I noticed again in October 2020 that they did not take the premium from my account. In November 2020,they did not take as well. I called them to find out what the issue was. They consultant I spoke to did not have answers so she offered to contact their IT department to find out the reason for non-debit. She told me that she would get back to me by 5pm on the day. This was the 3rd of December 2020 and to date I bave not heard from her. I sent an email on the 9th of December as follow up and still have not received any response from that. The service at FNB life is horrible. I cannot keep calling every year over the same thing and there is no response. After not collecting these premiums,you will cancel my policy only you will benefit from my premiums because you will not refund me even after the horrible service you are offering. Please attend to my query or if life cover is not working for you guys,pay me back my premiums and I can find another house to insure with without this much hassle
