Purchased the GPPRO 3600i It works well but if you use indoors to watch TV etc you can’t hear your TV Sound as the noise from fan cooler is so so LOUD VERY DISAPPOINTING I also see they do not respond to negative constructive criticism which shows one trait that they couldn’t give a Dam about their clients Never again !
Very very disapointed their service offering is in my opinion USELESS I Was told by Bronwen i had cover on house contents during a move .Reality after claiming ,and months back n forth I was not covered ! Cost me 16k in schoolboy fees After I cancelled the policies the debit orders still went thru !! Further after i cancelled I established one of my cars was under insured BY 60K This despite the fact that i had given them the invoice reflecting correct value !!!!! However it was never SO MUCH ABOUT THE MONEY it was the lack of principle and Mile's the owner and his disinterest that forced me to find an better Brokerage TG
WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS FOR A CLAIM TO BE PAID WHE THEY DEBIT 10K AMONTH FOR SHORT TERM AND MY COMMERCIAL POLICIES They first accepted the calim and and called for quotes Then they rejected the claim *** cant believe a corporate behaves in this manner Absolutely 🤢 disgusting !
Amazing success story and growth But somewhere along the line they forgo where they come from In my my opinion I can safely say that Mario has no idea how impossible to deal with Especially on the financial accounting and debtors side So much so I closed my acc with them yesterday!! ! I’m not surprised to see so many negative reviews Why ?????

2 calls to their switchboard Waited 8 & 17 minutes and both calls were unanswered Left a message for their CEO Deon Geyser and no return call
Tried to organise a demo drive of their B40 jeep thru to both Bryanston and Lyndhurst branch and NO RESPONSE 🤷🏻♂️*** Clearly buisiness is great for them However after reading all the reviews here , they done me favour as I won’t be pursuing this BAIC vehicle anymore

Still waiting for Andrew the sales manager to return my call Unfortunately my 3008 GT Was delivered with a malfunctioning or not properly upgraded (during PDI) onboard computer and I could not utilise car play As result while I was happy with sales side I’m now reducing my rating to a One ⭐️ rating because little to zero effort was made to rectify or resolve issue I have since had the issue resolved @ another dealership ‼️ I find the lack of follow up very SAD for what was initially a pleasant experience
My partner purchased to the tune of R1250 a shoot of my 2 dogs which andre insisted it be paid upfront It was a birthday gift from her and shoot was done @my home After the one hour photo shoot andre advised he was happy with the material he had taken Then the stories,be prepared for lots of stories and excuses, and even more back_tracking ....and again still no pics forthcoming We then were advised he wasn't actually happy with the pics he advised me he was happy with prior We then went to a rather disused property where Andre had a room he referred to as his studio 2nd shoot done and STILL NO PICS FORTHCOMING This was now over a period of a month and zero pics still to be seen After chasing and confronting him he accused me of being rude where I actually just advised him of the facts and history Bottom line we would not recommend him and further recommend you see the finished product before parting with your money He hides behind a myriad of excuses and simply does not deliver In my humble opinion he is out of his depth and takes the opportunity to take funds where the opportunity presents This experience was sad as it was meant to be a birthday gift ,so best to stay away and avoid any disappointment ! Knowing he wasn't going to refund the money taken ,we told him to keep the monies as he clearly needs it based on his modus operandi of upfront payment
