I have had the worst experience at Mercedes Ben Sandton the after sale servive of merceses benz is the worst and for the amoung we pay is honestlt not on. This is not luxury. 3 weeks back took my car in for service because the car kept saying battrey low stop car and leave engine running. They claimed they changed the battrey i left. The next day the car said battrey low returned to them they claimed there is nothing wrong it must be tracker draining my battrey. I called tracker it was not their device now im stuck with a call out fee because Mercedes dont know what they are doing. Now they want to keep my car overnight and i need to fetch my children from schoool , take them to school and go to work they are saying its not their problem. I cant believe the way the customer service is so bad they are willing to get a bad review over a problem that could be handled better.
This is the worst property management group. I would never again do any rental agreements with them. You can expect horrible management from them and unresponsive team and dirty properties infested with fish moths. I have moved out on the 1st of may to date they havent refunded me my deposit. Lindy Pretorious is just ignoring my emails and Judy Makgohloa who is in finance always got my bills wrong i was charged 2 million for utilities for 1 month for a 1 bedroom. I would never use a renatl that is under anaprop property management. I dont now why they dont just part ways with me amicably.
My voltage is meant to be this ground breaking app or business for sub metering a lot of residential units. This app has been nothing but headache over billing and over charging and I cannot even begin to talk about the staff whose turn around time takes forever and have no regard for their clients. They have over charged me before where my water, electricity and sewer was over 3000r for a one bedroom apartment for a person who only stays there twice a week. This month they have outdone themselves they have disconnected my water and electricity claiming I owe over R 97 000 000. But the best part is them taking over a week to resolve it’s the management Willie Du Plooy who doesn’t take my calls or follow up and just says it’s not his responsibility. The administration is so poor. Who can cut off your utilities for owing r97 000 000. Who will pay for the food that has gone bad in my fridge because of something I told them about last week to date it hasn’t been resolved. My Volt is the worst system ever and will make residential units lose clients cos who will want to stay at a place that uses this system. With this unpleasant ongoing experience from MyVoltage I’m definitely ending my contract with @Sandtonapartments because I refuse to be inconvenienced when I’m a paying customer.
I cannot believe the kind of unprofessional service i have received from this bank. Thato Mo***eng is the worst business consultant. to date there is no follow up i dont see how this bank has clients

I decided I would like to open a business bank account with Nedbank. What a terrible service I’ve been receiving from all the Nedbank business consultants the ladies I was in communication with just don’t respond to email it’s been 3 weeks. Thato Mo***eng from boulders Nedbank and Mamikie from mall of Africa. If this is the kind of bad service Nedbank gives its clients maybe they are not the right choice for us. Even after pleading with them explaining it’s for charity they just don’t care

This is the worst service I have ever gotten they are so bad with communication and even worse with service. They have listed me on ITC and claim they can’t delist me.. how is this possible when I don’t owe them and my account is up to date. They just don’t care about their customers
This utility company is a ****. I live in a one bedroom apartment they have billed me r1000 for water and r1000 for sewer I’ve been requesting to meet with Willie Du Plooy who is unresponsive this is day light *******. And as for expecting money from a customer and not saying what this is for and there is no transparency. Even on their app it’s showing that my water consumption is r183 so where does the bill of r2000 come from. Please if anyone can assist me with where to report these people I would appreciate the help any legal route I’m willing to take
Unit 1514 under Ana prop Living here has been nothing but a horrible experience. From moving into a filthy unit with dirty curtains, paint stains, rusted microwave dirty fridge to a place infested with lice. To now paying over r 6000 in utilities from the 20th of June - 15 July with no explanation to how this I possible when I live alone and only stay here for two weeks in a month. From Judy giving me a bill on 20th of June of 3000r to loading over 3000r to my volt which doesn’t last me a week. I’ve been requesting interventions where all of you have been copied in to no assistance. I hope the owner reads this and can contact me
