What has happened to Webafrica service levels. At the onset of the fiber being rolled out and Mitsol involvement the service levels were excellent and off the chart. Now sadly we have had numerous attempts for service via whats app response with no success of the service working, you cannot get a technician out or speak to an actual person.
Ebrahim truly needs recognition what a supa star. Had an issue with paint supplier was giving a few issues. Ebrahim literally saved the day with his excellent customer service well done

After being a valuable longstanding client of Vodacom, I am absolutely horrified at the lack of customer service/relations. I have been abroad for 3.7 months my monthly charges have come off and my monthly bill for airtime which I have paid for. This month they decided to penalize me for being out of the country by taking a full months worth of airtime off my account. On calling customer care I was told Vodacom has a business to run and if I didn't use it all they will take it. I explained that they have still received the payment for it so they in fact lost nothing. I'm not sure if this practice is even legal. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY IN MY BOOK. As soon as contract up im looking for a new service provider.
Whirlpool fridge bought technicians came out didn't know the model had no manual or idea left said would update us once they knew, no communication called the call centre after a week was told they ordering parts, not sure what for as they said the don't know what the problem is... called again no further updates, Called again twice asked for supervisor to call me was given an undertaking she would, still no communications fridge still not repaired,<br>
A PENSIONER WAS CALLED OFFERED A PRODUCT SHE QUESTIONED OVER AND OVER AGAIN CLEARLY WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING THE SALS PITCH , TELECONSULTANT WAS EXCELLENT IN HER SALES BUT NEVER GAVE UP EVEN THOUGH THE PENSIONER WAS CLEARLY CONFUSED UNTIL SHE EVENTUALLY CONCEDED TO THE CONTRACT. WHEN SHE WENT INTO THE FOSCHINI BRANCH TO CANCEL THEY HAD NOT ESCALATED THE CANCELLATION AND NOW TRYING TO HOLD HER TO A R 150.00 CANCELLATION, SHE UNDERSTANDS TO PAY WHAT SHE HAS RECIVED BUT CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE R150.00 CANCELLATON EVEN THOUGH SHE WENT IN TWO MONTHS TO CANCEL. CALLING THE CALL CENTRE THE SUPERISOR REFUSED TO RESPOND. REALLY UNACCEPTABLE HEARING THE RECORDING AND HEARING HOW SHE WAS BAMBUZZELED INTO ACCEPTING. <br>
