My D5 gate motor was ****** and was replaced by the newer D5 gate motor model. Don't touch the ****, It is consistently failing.I have replaced the battery 4 time, called out the so called specialist that installed the junk. He was puzzled...All he wanted to know is did I reset it. Centurion are trying to be all things to all men. If someone knows of a better type of gate motor, I'm all ears. This D5 motor is so erratic in operation that I've decided to return the piece of junk........ what a load of ******* they sell no days
Takealot is a load of *******. My delivery was supposed to be 25/07/2023. I received an email that delivery was attempted but no one was available to receive the goods. I then went onto their pathetic Takealot web page to rescheduled delivery for the next day (26/07/2023)... no delivery despite myself and my wife being at home. I then went on to their unprofessional web page after receiving a repeat message that no one was available to receive the goods. I tried to reschedule delivery, but alas their ****ty backward horrible unprofessional site will not allow me to reschedule. Their ****ty site is designed in such manner that you cannot contact them to find out what the heck is going on. I will now cancel my order, demand a refund and take my business elsewhere
I ordered an inverter and UPS from the PClink Business on 9-11-2021. I visited them twice to collect, but told there was no stock and will be on back order, even though their web page said there was stock. I then on 24-01-2022 canceled the order and requested a refund. I even said I'd take other goods to the same value, the answer I got from Dehan Williams was a flat no via email. The lying **** told me it will take 10 - 14 working days, Despite sending numerous email requesting the refund date, I have had no refund. I have contacted Carte Blanch to talk to these thieves. I will harass them daily with emails and on the odd occasion when the clowns least expect it, will turn up at the store and make a real scene about their theft of my money. I urge all others to not deal with this company, Firstly, they lie and secondly when you want a refund nothing is refunded
On the 9th July 2021 I took my Logik ice maker machine to Game store Bellairs for repairs, They sent me a quote at end July 2021. I accepted the quote and advised they could proceed with the repairs. To date 25th September 2021 I am still waiting for the return of the said device. I was advise 3 weeks ago that it is repaired and ready. However the store is still waiting for delivery of the said device from the repairers. If this is not resolved soon I will demand that Game give me a replacement
LOGIK appliances sold by game are load of rubbish. I have a Logik ice maker that I cannot get repaired as there is no after sales support, I also Have a heater that needs a new motherboard, no after sales support, I have a broken Logik portable Aircon, No after sales support, All are outside warranty and I don't know where or who to contact for spare parts. Logik is a rubbish product that must be removed from the market, It is not worth buying this rubbish sold by GAME, Its like if it breaks buy new one... What is Games idea of selling irreparable, no after sales support rubbish. I searched the internet for Logik and came up with nothing locally. People avoid Game and do not buy Logik appliances, You do so at your own peril.
I purchased an Aro 20 liter water urn from Makro that is now outside of warranty. The urn now needs repairs in the form of a new lid, since the current one has perished, It also needs a new thermostat. Makro seems to not care about products they sell to the public when outside warranty. I contacted Makro to obtain the agents of the said product details. I was given a number to contact, of which I did, only to be given another number by the person from the Makro supplied number. I feel after the third number that I've been given the run around and Makro don't care, I think they just want you to buy another water urn. If this is the attitude of Makro then I'll spread the word never to shop there again. Firstly I want to know who are ARO, How they can be contacted and where can I get replacement parts for their products. If a store sell products then they should have all details about suppliers for public consumption
<p>I have submitted this complaint moren than a week agao and to date have not received a reply from Vodacom to resolve my account, yet they just keep adding to my outstanding balance, below is my story/complaint. DO not send me an SMS with a land line number to phone at my expense you bunch of rip off artist, you have my number so cantact me on that number at your expense,,, ****** cheek, do you Vodacom clowns think the public are stupid</p> <p>The Vodacom Circus</p> <p>I have been with Vodacom for the last 6 years and I have something really nice to say about them. I have phone, complained, shouted, visited their useless Vodacom branch in Northgate and they have still not resolved this issue.</p> <p>My first encounter with Vodacom was a complaint about my air time being consumed by my data. Let me explain</p> <p>I purchase data using my excess amount from my air time. The amount of data purchased was 3Gb. Vodacom were very quick to send me an SMS that the data purchased will expire in 30 days’ time, this I accepted, I used the data, not remembering the expiry date I continued to use my data with the knowledge that Vodacom will terminate on the date agreed in their SMS.</p> <p>LO and behold, I tried to make a phone call and to my surprise I received a voice message that there was no air time left and that I must top up. I know I still had a Few hundred Rands worth of air time left .</p> <p>I contacted their call center and was notified that my airtime had been consumed by my data, I was shocked and annoyed. They said it was in their contract. I did a search on their pathetic unfriendly website for the said contract, to which I received 472 PDF documents … now that is so pathetic. I am not/will not read through 472 PDF documents for air time consumed by data…. I contacted them and they identified a specific document where the clause is. I read the clause and realized it was a written in such a way that it is stacked in Vodacom’s favor. I complained via “Hello Peter” and Vodacom responded by reimbursing my air time and giving me an addition 1 Gb data. Now that was the first incident.</p> <p>I have paid my Vodacom bills faithfully every month via debit order and have had no problem until October 2016. At that moment in time I had 3 cell phones on my account, My Son, My daughter and my own, All were on a two year contract. My contract was due to expire 30th December 2016, The other two Phones 30th October 2016, since they were placed on my account 2 month prior to my current contract. The contract on these two phones was for 24 months</p> <p>In the middle of September 2016 a Vodacom Marketer contacted me with an option to renew my contract as it was coming up for renewal. I instructed the said marketer that I no longer wish to continue doing business with Vodacom and that I want the 2 Phones of which I informed them of the numbers to be removed from my account. IE I’m giving them more than a months’ notice that those two contracts will be discontinued from the said contract end date 30th October. I also informed the Intelligent person that my contract for my own phone must not be renewed and that I will terminate the contract at end December, the contract end date</p> <p>I received my bill end September to which I gladly made a payment, At the end of October to my surprise my debit order still indicated a payment was taken for the other two phone that were supposed to be removed from my account. I reversed the debit order and contacted Vodacom. After much discussion and their system “going down” such a lie.</p> <p>The same happened end of November despite my visiting their branch in Northgate. I just simply reversed the debit order again</p> <p>I was harassed my Vodacom with phone calls requesting payment despite me discussing the issue with them. This included SMS</p> <p>My phone number has been disconnected due to none payment.</p> <p>I received my statement from Vodacom in December and they have now billed me for October, November and December for all three phones, plus some R100 that came from nowhere.</p> <p>I received a call from their collection department, and guess what I had to explain all this over again.</p> <p>I told the intelligent person I will only pay what is due for my phone up to the end of December and I will not pay for the other two phones that should have been removed way back at the end of October, now they have billed me for January as well.</p> <p>I’m sick of Vodacom. I will NOT PAY until they sort my account out.</p> <p>To those in Vodacom reading this it is simple, you cannot just make up the rules as you go along, I asked you to remove 2 phones from my account; you did not and are still billing me for them.</p> <p>My contract ended 30th December 2016, I gave you 3,5 months’ notice and the 2 month notice and then 1 month notice yet you still bill me for those phones</p>
Game sells LOGIC air con units and no one seems to know who the supplier is because I want to know where the heck do or can I have this unit recharged as it does not operate correctly. <br> <br> So please MR Game and all those retailers out there, you are very keen to sell joe public products, but when it comes to backup and support you are left wanting... I'm now very careful buying anything from Game, because as soon as you paid them, it's tata and don't bother us anymore.<br> I think Game management should visit Makro to so what customer support really is
When Buying data you guys are very quick to do the cut 30 days from purchase and in general we/I lose the balance of unused data. This has happened on a few occations and I gladly accept it. BUYT and a big FAT BUT. I bought same data 3GB in December 2015. and I received the normal garbage you people spew forth call an expiry date, So I used the data and lo and F,.,...... behold the last day plus 1 my data so called bundle was not cat as per your bloody company call Vodacom said but continue and to my surprise when I wanted to make a phone call I get the sweetest message \You have no more air time please top up\" Surprised about this I went online to ensure I was not hearing things an lo and behold my R384.00 of air time that I new I had. disappeared, Calling your useless call center they told me the air time was consumed as data. NOW I ASK YOU WHO THE F... GAVE Voda permission to use my hard earned air time money for data. You guys are F.... quick to cut the data bundle when the is data left but on this occasion nothing happened. I have a touch iPad and even now I cannot receive sms's. Please will someone tell me what the heck is going on? make up the rules as you go..."
