Buying from Huawei online store is a disaster. They indicates estimated time is 3days when buying. 5days has passed!!! Still no delivery. Bought the package 10th. Was suppose to be delivered day 3. Day 4 they didn't deliver. I must now hope and see Monday. The 6th day. Poor first time service experience. Thus is my Last time buying from them. The online store also very confusing and limited. Poor advertising and less information. They location based stores discounts and gifts differ from online store. You pay more in stores and get less discount. It feels like you going to a brand name and find many other brand names in the store except the name of the store. Eish. Awful experience. Never again.
Nedbank insurance claim department. The person called asanda which was appointed to attend to my claim was suppose to revert back to me yesterday, but never ended me a message. Not even once. I expected an email as to the process of claim. I expected claim to be sorted in the very first day. I'm very dissapointed in this delayed process and bad communication skills. You are nener informed the moment someone is assigned to the claim matter.

I have been taking a Fibre plan with web Africa on the 18th November 2024. After 10 days on the 28th (installation took place) it's been another 8days passed. I'm waiting on a router it's been 8days. On the 1st of December 2024 they have deducted they installment, but I'm still not yet connected to they internet. I want cancellelation with immediate effect. I have never experience such a bad customer service in my life.
Postnet overnight courier is just a myth. A statement which is not fulfilled. Overnight courier means overnight. Available in the morning. Having send a parcel from strand to vredenburg - courier hadn't yet drop after they pick up yesterday (02 Dec 2024). Today (03 Dec 2024) barely can track the parcel. Paid R185 for overnight. What a *******.
I'm very dissapointed in Nedbank insurance. Claim outcome has been extended. All necessary documentation already submitted, but claim seems to difficult to handle. Was told will take 3days turn around time. Has been a week and now extended to more days. Very dissapointed!!!! I want it solved today

Poor banking system and assistance. Working with *********** staff in overdraft department. Also call centre direct you and later on hung up. This has been escalating X3 times. How poor
I would like to thank Germaine at Steven Johnson cars for assisting me every step of the way. I bought a car at Steven Johnson for my wife - there were some issues on the car but all issues that popped up was repaired. And whatever occured as breakage they've been fix. No hassles and excuses when returning vehicle multiple times. This dealership is really a bluechip dealer. Whatever they repaired on the car was never sent back as a refix. They handle all professionally. They pride themselves in excellency and excell in keeping customers happy. Once again thank you Germain and Dewald (F&I business Manager) They deal with every matter not leaving their clients stranded. We are so happy with our vehicle.
Hollard service is worse. After submitting a claim for a funeral hollard never paid claim. Funeral was held 2-3 weeks ago still no claim paid out. How terrible a situation like this can be. We've been phoning 4 times only to find out there's an error. We've phone another time only to find out the beneficiaries doesn't correspond. Without informing or revert back. They letting you waste your airtime. They using excuses to extend claims terrorise the life of their clients. In times of bereavement no one wants to go through trauma and at the same time experience tremendous claim problems. Bad customer service
