So I app**** to open an account at Jet clothing store part of TFG group. Application successful. Had to wait for notification to collect my card from any branch. I go to collect my card, provided my ID as per the notification message, just to be told sorry the picture on the database is slightly different to my I'd. The pic on their system is a pic of me on my passport. So I have to go back with my passport. Was so disappointed cause Jet is an amazing store with beautiful products and I was so looking forward to support Jet. I would like to know or get feedback going through whole process and being approved to sorry we can't issue the card cause your ID pic is slightly different to passport pic🤔
Consultant spoke calmly and clearly and assisted me in a very professional way.
I would like to say thank you to Takealot for amazing service always. I recently purchased a smar****ch, unboxed it, unwrapped it and had to return due to the catch being defective. I was worried and bothered me, cause I already opened and unboxed it but Takealot credited me and for a person who hates to return stuff it was a big deal for me. Please do not purchase anything from this online store. I bought something and when it arrived it was not what I expected based on how they advertised the item. When I wanted to return it, I had to return it myself back to china. the label on the item was the same as the items you see in china shops in the country. I paid 3 times the amount for the item vs what its worth.
I took my car for a service at Hyundai Stellenbosch because I got the cheapest service quote from that branch. I never expected to trade my car in. It happened so quickly. They pulled out all the stops to help me and make sure i can afford it. I bought the car. But its not only inservice that was excellent even the after service is really good. I am super impressed with the guys at Hyundai Stellenbosch. Great service
Good day, I have telkom wifi and have been paying a certain amount for more than a year. Telkom mobile number in question is 081 275 8948. Aug 2020 my account went up from R359 to R542. I called Telkom took me three calls and yet still i was not able to speak to a consultant to tell me why my installment went up. Today i received another mail from telkom that my account for september is R620. No communication, no notification. I have been trying to get hold of them but no luck. Their customer service is really bad when you need to get in contact with them but when they want to sell you something they know and and when to get hold of a person. I need answers please.

I have been trying to cancel the maintenance plan i have with motorvaps since july 2018. Initial contract says in the event of cancellation the client is liaible for two months premiums which i was willing to pay. I have it in writing. No where does it says anything else. Only to be told its not true so first of all the contract is not right. I was told to pay R1000 to cancel. I have been back and forth and eventually decided to just give up and wait for it to lapse which is july 2019. Thank God i will be rid of these people and who has been taking my money for a vehicle that i have not owned since july 2018. And good luck to the ones who wants to take out plans with them. I have three months left then will be free from this sentence i found myself in. Well done motorvaps for your unbelievable pathetic service.
Hi, I would like to warn people to stay away from motorvaps serviceplans and insurance. I had insurance with them and is trying to cancel it and for two months debit orders are going off, no one is coming back to me regarding this issue. They told me I have to pay R1000 cancellation fee but the initial onboard doc says 2months payments. I have advised them that i dont have the vehicle anymore and no one is coming forth with a solution to this issue. Please people if you want to loose money, join motorvaps.
I am fishing for the best car insurance at the moment and getting the call from Lebo with his amazing personality just made my Friday. I wish so many people would have that kind of attitude and when they speak to you over the phone. It just makes life so much easier. Thank you Lebo!
