Cant even rate them 1 star. I placed an paid for an order on the 9th Jan. Cant get hold of them on any email address. No number available. When clicking on "track my order" they say i have no orders processed... what a bunch of ******.

KFC Dalview TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD
Again.... what a disaster. 4 dunked wings and a crunch burger. went through the drive through @12:33. were asked to go and wait in the parking for our order. We recieved the order at 13:03. Exactly half an hour. the dunked wings were so dry and it looked like someone has a bit out of 1 of them. I have the pics. Havent been able to get hold of the store via phone.

Unacceptable customer service
I cant even give a 1 star! Placed an online order on the 1st December (Black friday specials) I was told the order would be delivered by Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no order. Phone in, no one can assist. Phone in again in the afternoon after sending an email aswell. No one can give me answers. I get told it will take 24-48 hours to escalate my query???? Do me a favor..... Then i get told that i will get a call before close of business on Tuesday.... Im still waiting for the call. I get a message this morning that they have cancelled part of my order and ill be refunded in 5-10 days. Funny that it was all specials that were cancelled. So now i dont get to benefit from the black friday. Please pay me back my money (not in 5-10 days)471 or make a plan to get me my specials...Extremely frustrating! Dont put yourself through this frustration. Its a circus and a joke!

OCEAN BASKET CARNIVAL CITY
We go out for a good afternoon/evening on Saturday. My husband says he wants to take me out for dinner. We are already at Carnival City so my choice of restaurant is Ocean Basket as i LOVE thier food...... We walk in. help ourselves to a table. wait about 7 minutes. we both notice a manager walking around.......on his cell phone so obviously doesnt acknowledge us. Then my husband sees a waitress walking toward us. So he sort of shows her that we need to place a drink order. She walks past us and looks us up and down and doesnt say a word after we still say "excuse me" then another couple come and sit down right next to us against the wall. They get drinks orders taken and get bought thier drinks and we havent even been assisted yet????? then the manager starts cleaning up what looks like an 8 seater tabel that had just left. he sees us, we still looking around wating for someone to assist us and then he too ignores us. we get up to leave.... the waitress that walked passed us that ignored us is standing at the entrance waiting to seat more potential customers. We walk past her and tell her that her service is shocking... she looks up and down at us again and turns the other way to walk towards the retaurant side......doesnt say a word. Looks at us like we are begging for food or something. IM SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE. I WAS SO LOOKING SO FORWARD TO A SEAFOOD DISH. Shame on you Carnival City Ocean Basket!

Bad Food, Bad service!
this doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Went to KFC on Saturday night. after waiting in the queue for about 10 minutes we were told that we need to do an order on line. we placed the order. after waiting about 15 minutes we get told that there is not enough chicken pieces for our 15 piece bucket. so we get told its going to take about 10-15 minute. Then we get asked to go an get into the queue through the drive through. there we must have waited a good 15 minutes. So we get our food, dont check it because we are irritated...... we get home to feed everyone, the 15 piece bucket chicken is as dry as anything, the rest of our remaining order, namely pop, burgers, dunked wings are all ice cold. this is now about 8:45 on a saturday night. When laying the complaint, im told we should have taken the food back and gotten fresh food or a refund... after waiting for a good 45 minutes and starving, you are going to eat whatever you get given??? Its not my job to drive 10kms back to the kfc to exchange the food. So needless to say, its was an absolute embarrasment!

I have recently picked up on my ITC scoring that I apparently took a "loan" from FNB on the 11th July 2019. The alleged loan was for R563. They have now listed me in JUNE 2022 with and amount of R7828 owing. I've queried, asked for signed documents mailed managers and just no luck.... I've heard alot of people are battling with the same thing. Next step is NCR and Ombutsman...

Useless
I took out a loan in 2006. I've paid the loan over and over by the amount of interest they have added. According to them I owe them R21000. I have been on ITC with them for over 11 years now and I refuse to pay them another cent. I try get hold of someone with a bit of savvy but unfortunately no such person in their entire establishment. Does debt not become prescribes after 10 years?????

Useless
Useless. I had a month to month contract-after my 24 month contract expired) with telkom as that was the only service provide in our area at the time.(that we thought we could trust) There were a lot of issues but never a late payment from My side and kept in just eating their BS stories. When I cancelled because we got Fibre in our area, I had sent numerous mails requesting g a cencellation. I left the company that I was working for at the time. And forgot to take all my emails with as proof. I saw about 2 months ago, I owe them for about 4 months and I now blacklisted on ITC. No one gets back to me to sort it out. Beyond useless!

I put a dispute on Hello Peter on the 21st September 2015 about my daughters Ipad that was stolen. i was convinced that I had paid insurance on it. I got a reply from FNB on the 28th September 2015 saying that at the time of the claim, my insurance had lapsed. With an attachment of my statement to show that my debit had bounced. I queried asking why no one had let me know because i would have gone in to pay the device, however, till today again,..... no response from FNB.... And as i see the statement, there looks like there were fees available in the bank at the time!! Please respond FNB!!!
