Yesterday on the 05th I made an online order for crammed decker at debonairs Fingoland Mall, got there my order hasn't been prepared so I figured they being cautious cause sometimes customers might not xollect and the order was not paid for so I understood that but I expected them to make a priority since it was ordered online after 20 minutes my order was not done got up and asked how far it was and they looked and they gave me a pizza which didn't have onion, mushrooms. So I asked one of the stuff if they had mushrooms in stock maybe they forgot to mention since it was an online order and she answer yes they do have so i asked if they are aware that my pizza didn't have and I was asked to being and they made a fresh one, another 20 minutes and when I finally got my order I just wanted to go co I also had to wait for my steers order and I got home and I realized I didn't get the cool drink that comes with the pizza, so I got there this morning and the cashier says she remembers me but she doesn't have knowledge of what I'm talking about since she didn't hand out the orders, okay fair enough I asked her to call the lady who attended my complaint yesterday, she went to the back and after 4 minutes of talking to someone she comes back saying no one is there to help me I must come back some other time, I'm at work and I was told to wait till she comes back, I spent 200 for a pizza I don't understand why I would falsely claim for something that's worth 20 bucks, serviced sucks and I regret buying from that branch
I went to total sport in fingoland mall in butterworth and i was assited by a nice sales lady on the floor, was looking for comfortable shoes to work with i then told her to keep my shoes at the counter and i went to fetch my card at work, when i came back the cashier told me she sold my shoes, very light skinned lady, firstly i have workes at retail and i know very wel she didnt sell them she kept them for her self coz they were marked down to R375.00, this was not okay
yestersday after work i went there to get some few things then as i was about to exit as they use to doors i was asked which side i paid at then i was told to use the entrance on the main rd which was inconviencing me because the other side was at the taxi rank side and the lady instructed the security not to let me out, my items were held, i was push by the security, humilated infront of the customers as everyone thought i has stolen something my bread was squashed the lady by the name sisusa insulted me and repeatatley told the security not to let me out on that exit and i asked her why are they not putting up a sign and she told me she will not be told by me the security was doing his job as instructed but the sisusa lady at spar spargs voilated my rights as a cunsumer im not happy at all my receipt no was 2244 till no 3 cashier nolundi
Yesterday my daughter bought covers from pick n pay greenstone hypermarket by mistake the was a cover that was added when she got to the tills so we went to refund them at edenvale pick n pay and i was told i could not get a rwfund because i bought them at greenstone which a hypermarket i could only exchange because they dont sell the same items and thats their 'policy ' , which is only known by them because its not on the slip for consumers to see and acknowledge my problem is if they dont sell the same items why are even taking the items to exchange and as a customer how in the world amni suppose to know the policy if its withheld
On the 8th of june i went to edenvale van riebeeck i odered the chips with nuggets and bbq beef double medium meal when i got home home my nuggets where not in the packet my order number was 172 i laid a complaint on their app no one has responded McDonald's edenvale service is really bad last time i called their head office regarding an overcharged breakfast meal instead the lady said i should read the menu clearly next time i go there cause it close to my house but honestly i have had enough if thet not giving wrong orders or overcharging customers they are short staffed
I went to factorie eastgate 2days ago and I wanted to refund my pants and I was asked to produce the card I bought with which happened to be a debit card and the cashier/supervisor insisted on putting it back in my debit card and I asked her doesn't that happen when you have used a credit card and she told me about her capital bank so I kept quiet gave her the card and I went to the bank today to check I even made a statement nothing was refunded so I called the shop and she told me ' I told you it would ttake up to 14 days to reverse ' I mean if I was told why would I risk bank charges and a statement?their service was bad and I paid with my debit card that was my money either way it doesn't matter if I get cash cause I paid for those pants
I realised I made a mistake with my order when I read my slip and I asked the gelled if it was possible to change because I saw the cashier was busy and she was the only one there,stood there for my order and the lady at the collection counter by the name of mashudu did not even attention to me I gave my slip seeing as my number was not called and people after me were getting their orders I then asked her did my number come out and she said come n give me your slip only to find out she gave my order to someone else she never said sorry I had to wait and the when she got my order she asked the grillegrilled who's order was that I find that disrespectful as I was the only one waiting for an order and she said I must come and get it, she threw it at the counter for me to come and pick it up I then called her out she just said leave me alone I don't have time for you in Zulu thethe other guy told her that the customer was calling she gave him attitude I mean if people don't want to work they must stay at home the are plenty of people who are willing and able to work she really spoiled my day and I doubt i wanna go back to steers and get such service again and <br>
I find this woman's behaviour unacceptable Sunday I went to get some groceries as always and she asked me to pack my own stuff and I asked why she told me 'we don't have packers <br> Here' I just wanted to say big ups to pick n pay edenvale for employing such people and making sure they are under trained and this is not the first time I Had A Problem With Pick N Pay Edenvale Last Time Their Price Points Were Not On point and it's very annoying to be complaining about prices in front of other customers looking so foolish because people are Lazy to do their damn job you guys need to UP your game
