I'm still waiting for my package, since Tuesday. The status on tracking shows that it's delivered. And their call centre number is not working, and their WhatsApp is also not working. Actually all their communication methods are not working. My tracking bill is 080062458697. On Tuesday night it showed that " consignee is not available" then on Wednesday at 12:10 is suddenly delivered but to whom because I didn't get anything?
My account is suspended, even though I did pay the monthly fee.. I'm sitting without connection. I've called several times and send messages via social media without luck. So what must I do from here?
A third party claim was logged with this company 3 months ago. Tried calling them with no luck and even when you send an email nothing happens. I have the REF # C-13475710.
I bought a Pizza from one of their stores here in George, today. I ordered the 5 sausage Dbl stack . Instead of having 5 it had only 2 Sausages. I tried calling them, I spoke to Kayla who promised to return my call ASAP, I waited for the call but nothing happened, because I was hungry i ate 4 slices, while eating I was busy contacting them. Then I spoke to Patience from their call centre, who tried to transfer me to the store. My call got cut off after holding for a while. then I called again then I spoke to Mandy, whom I told her about my complaint. Eventually a guy called Matthew called me, and he told me that the Pizza had 5 sausages ( according to him I ate them) so I asked him ,at this time and age why would I do such a thing? And I told him I think I deserve for what i paid for. Then after sometime comes a delivery guy with another Pizza When I look at it , it looked much more better than the other one, but funny part is that I must PAY for the other half. I send it back with the delivery guy because I cant pay twice for the same thing. I never get this ****py service from them before, I find it very disrespectful. I should get what I paid for and I will complain if I need to.
I've been out of electricity since Wednesday, I have been calling their customer service in and out spend more than R200 airtime all they can tell me is that " they escalating the matter" . The food is damaged, I had to throw everything out because the fridge has defrosted. Who is responsible for my damaged food, and I lost a lot of business cause am working from home. And I was promised that the supervisor will contact me within 10 minutes, it's been hours now waiting for that call. Am sure the consultant on training were told to say "we understand the situation and I will escalate the matter and please do call us after 4 hours if you still don't have power and use the same Ref #" because that's the only thing they say. Am starting to think Eskom does not care about people staying in rural areas or black people cause none of this is happening in big cities. We are customers just like anyone else who uses Eskom so we deserve the same treatment just like everyone.
On Monday on the 19 October 2020, I visited your store in Idutywa. A guy by the name Lihle, told me I can't fit the sports bra cause its underwear, strange In Queenstown I was allowed to do the fitting for the same thing in the same store. And its against TFG policy to fit Bra and sports Bra. And I never experience this before cause I do fits bras when I need to buy one. He asked me if I don't know my size and how I may gonna buy something? I do know my size its just that not all sizes are the same, sizes are different from shops to shops I think that is why you need to fit before you buy. And he advice me that if I buy it even though I don't know my size I will keep it no return. And I was so shocked about this question cause he was suppose to advise me to go and fit the item, not to judge me. All in all I was so disappointed about this service.
I bought a couch last year from this place in George around about August. When I go back to the store this year its closed and theres a note "we are moving" and contact details. But when I try to call the both numbers I got there are off. Eventually i got hold of someone who gave me a an email address, indeed I did send an email to this gentleman by the name Gideon twice with no response. My couch is damaged and i need them to help me with it, but it looks like no one is willing to help. My couch is only 5 months old.
Today went to wimpy in Queenstown (Nonesi Mall). It was 15:32 but I was told the shop is closed but trading hours 16:00. A lady by the name Andiswa informed me that the kitchen is closed already and she didn't even ask what I want. The shop close anytime if there are no customers, I was told. What is the use of having trading hours if are not going to be used?
I haven't received a call from home choice since they promised to call me. No feedback no nothing from them. I am getting tired of waiting. I think its about time I take this matter to ombusdman.
On the 7 July 2015 I received an email from Steve Anderson regarding the position I applied for. On the email they stated that its a Secretary post, salary 12,500-15,500 pm and the name of the company its Innovec Group that I would be working for. I was ask to pay a fee which I paid an amount of R500 and on the 8 July 2015 I received an email from Steve saying within 10 working days he will let me know what is the outcome from Innovec Groups. I have waited with no response and I do email them they don't respond either. Its two months now waiting for them. Its only an email address and a fax nor no tel nor. Why are they playing with our feelings, is it because they know that we desperate we need to work??.
