I bought 3 x 1kg robertsons spices from Makro on Saturday 23rd of November and only opened my spices on Sunday 24th of November. I have been buying the 1kg for a few years now as these last me for at least 5 to 6 months. Lately I have noticed that these tubs are sometimes now full and have taken this up with Robertson a couple of times. Out of the 3 tubs that I purchased only 1 was full and the other 2 were almost 3/4 full. I don't know what to do anymore, I can't seem to find any other brand to replace Robertson, as I've been loyal to this brand for years. This is becoming very annoying that I have to complain almost every time I buy these tubs.
We bought a refrigerator from Dion around February of this year. Which the fridge stopped working on Saturday and the freezer on Sunday. Monday morning my sister called Dion Tygervalley and was assisted by Jamelaah. She told my sister that she will escalate/refer the complaint to Samsung, which she did. Monday afternoon someone from Samsung attempted to contact my sister unfortunately she missed the call by a second and that person left a Ref no: ********** 481. Tuesday my sister contacted the store again and was told to contact Samsung herself as she now had a ref no from Samsung. She then called Samsung directly and was told to switch the refrigerator off and back on after 30 minutes, we did that and still it did not work. Later that day she called Samsung again spoke to Mapule Paswane who promised to call her back and never did. Wednesday we called Samsung again spoke to Kgomotso Zwane who wanted a receipt which my sister called Jamelaah to ask them to send the receipt to Samsung however Jamelaah was not at work on that and she couldn't refer the matter to her superior. This morning less than an hour ago a Shamiel called to say that they will take the refrigerator for repairs which will take 2 working days. So all our food is spoilt which should have lasted us the whole month and between Dion and Samsung someone needs to compensate us for all our spoilt food.

Ryloon Samsodien owner of Pelican pool is a liar and a thief. He has our money since Oct however our pool is still not finished. He's been promising to finish our pool for weeks now. This pool was suppose to be done in less than 14 days, it's now been 7 weeks and still our pool looks like ****. All the people that he outsourced for this work, from digging to electric connection, they have warned us of him, saying only his Caucasians customers hardly complain about him. Because he prefers to give his best service to the white man. He is quick to make a call if he requires payment, and never pics up the phone when he is needed to be in your property. He would blame his employees like Tyron, badmouthing them, saying they are liars, when he is the biggest of them liars.
12 March my sister and I went shopping for a laptop for our nephew, who needs it for his varsity assignments. We we assisted by Lindo. We wanted something cheap but yet sufficient , so Lindo suggested that we buy it and should the owner not be happy we can bring it back. When we got home our nephew noticed that the laptop couldn't accomodate a USB which is one vital requirement for him. 13 March my sister went back to the store to exchange the laptop , Lindo was not available and she was attended to by Esmerelda the manager, who mentioned that their policy does not allow such goods to be exchanged. My sister told her what Lindo told us the previous day. Therefore Esmerelda promised to look into the matter and also promised to call my sister on Monday the 14 March. 48 hours later, We are still yet to hear from Esmerelda the manager. My sister called the store again Monday afternoon spoke to Yolanda who also promised to look into the matter, we also still waiting fir her to call back.Now the worst part is that the goods were not even used by ourselves as my nephew noticed that the laptop was locked by username : Jacqualine and we had no password codes to unlock the laptop. .
On the 27.11.2015 i purchased suitcases from game cape gate, unfortunately my kids hated them. So that same day of the27th we returned the suitcases at the somerset mall. We were attended to by a very rude and unprofessional elke hendriks. The purchase was made from my cheque card, so i requested for a voucher as i needed my money available immediately as i still needed to purchase my suitcases that same weekend . Now the problem started when i refused to stand on yet another long que to get my money. This elke hendriks person told me there was nothing she could do and if i wanted my money l had to stand on the line.<br> I insisted to speak to her superior and eventually called Her manager whom i assume asked about my race, because elke response was 'she's a black woman' and of cause she replied in afrikaans, my she thought i wouldn't understand because 'I AM BLACK'. Then the worst was this girl confirmed that her manager said i has to que again. I asked for this manager's name and elke told me there she was not authorised to give such info. Hayke trust umfazi omnyama trowing tantrums, eventually a floor manager Maruse Stone came to the rescue , and went to redeem the voucher.
Weare an educate centre and have a business account with FNB. Our account has been blocked due to fica. We then went to parow and khayelitsha branch to enquire what was required. We went to submit all the docs at vangate mall, assisted by a very incompetent Claudia who took over an hour to assist us, she then called EDD as couldn't tell us how long this unblocking would take and she was informed by EDD that the validation takes up to 48 working hours and we would then be informed if the docs we submitted were in order. So we should have been contacted by the 21st of September the latest. Did not hear from FNB the whole week. On the whole25 September i emailed Michelle Abrahams who promised to contact EDD to check on the progress, and she was told that we needed to come in to sign a new mandate. Mandate arrangements and visited the vangate branch again on Monday the 28 September to sign a new mandate. Yesterday we emailed Michelle and she informed us that EDD is still processing our docs however there's no time frame, thus she cannot tell us how long this fika process takes. This is very frustrating as we opened our account at an FNB branch and it's frustrating to hear tha
Good day<br> I would like to complain about your online service. I have been successfully ordering your pizza online and the last two times i tried to order it says you don't deliver to my address then i called Zawenwacht where i normally order from and they confirmed that that do deliver to my address and i spoke to a Manager that promised to take this up with their IT department . Today i tried to order and again gave the same verdict about not delivering to my address, so again I've had to call and order telephonicaly, this is a huge inconvenience as i have to call from my cellphone and the staff answering the phone always have to call manager and again would have to hold on the line for a manager. This is very bad, what's the point of having an online account and not be able to place an order.....
