Standard Bank Gateway,. Your service is appalling... Went in with my elderly dad to sort out unauthorized cheque card purchases and then to add POA. What a horrible experience from start to finish. Entered at approximately 12.30pm and only left the branch at 15h00. Lady at front desk had no smile, didn't greet and was very unapproachable. It's like she didn't want to be there. Sadly I noticed that she treated others differently. Universal banker, assisted us... What a horrific experience. Was put on phone which took maybe 15min. The rest of our 2.5hour ordeal centered around the senior team leader and her colleague, the universal banker. Took them 2 hours 15min just to add POA for my dad. I felt like we were treated like ********s. My poor dad was left devastated.. He's 75 years old and the reason he wanted to add me on with POA, was so I could help him when problems like this arose. He's a sassa grant recipient and they at one stage, chased me out to question my dad about the POA which I felt was unnecessary. My poor dad. 2.5 hours wasted. I have since logged a complaint and we will consider alternate banking solutions for dad at other banks. Horrific experience. When I had a look at their score on Google, 1.9 out of 5....absolutely shocking.... 2.5 hours to sort out 2 little things. One to stop a card and two, to add POA. When I asked for the manager, she was apparently in a meeting. Give us back our time. 2.5 hours for 2 things that should have taken maybe max an hour to sort out if not less. And the branch wasn't even busy.
Pathetic service. Tower in my area not working since Thursday. Called in on Saturday to find out why no internet. Was told of tower outage and time frame. Would take 48 hours to repair. But techs don't work weekends. So what were you guys doing from Thursday to Friday? Leaving your customers without internet over the weekend. Paying a arm and a leg for internet. Critical time and you leave us in the dark. Your service has deteriorated year on year. Not the same mtn I once knew. Leaving us without technical support over a weekend.. Ref number smc00029844289. Your rebrand and quality of your Colgate total mint waxed dental floss is a disaster. I used to buy this every month and loved it. With the new rebrand, the floss is thicker, less wax and breaks easily. Keeps getting stuck between teeth. Its horrific. The old floss worked magic. I have had to change to another brand. Done with Colgate total Floss. Quality has deteriorated.
Total bunch of idiots. My dad is with Bonitas. Their preferred service provider are these clowns. Was asked to pay for med which I did on 5th December 2024. To date that medication has not been delivered and the patient is almost out. Not surprising nearly every review I read about pharmacy direct is a negative one. Bunch of clowns. You're playing with people's lives. Wake up....
These guys don't ever pick up their phones. You can call and call until you go blue in your face and nobody answers. Ironically the automated system, keeps saying on repeat that your call is important to them. I have tried calling over 2 days with an average of 30min holding on and eventually put the call down. Nobody answers. Don't use them. Trust me. Don't use them. Poor service. Well no service at all....
Take a lot.. What is going on with your quality? Previously you packaged ordered items so well in boxes. Now you're shipping items without any external boxes or protection. By the time the item reaches us, the boxes are worn out and torn and it does not look nice, especially when it's a gift to someone special. You better pull up your socks. Amazon is in sa and they will take you down if you're going to carry on like this. We pay a price for quality and premium service. We expect our items ordered to arrive well preserved and packaged and protected. Not lately. I am going to return my order because the box was torn and this was going to be a mother's day gift to my mother. Looks like the box went through war before it reached me. I'm sure the courier company or guy tossed and threw it a couple of times. Disappointing. Package your items properly. Make sure there is a box and it's protected. Disappointed.
What is the use of your online check in if you change our seats last minute??? I sat and waited for check in to get a good seat. I booked my seat at check in time. Then you push me to the back. Also you take my luggage away from me yet your check in counter marked it as hand luggage. It met the dimensions and weight. Why did you inconvenience me? It's no wonder you guys are under business rescue.. You have a lot to learn from airlines like British airways and Emirates.. I'm furious right now. I booked saa and I thought it would be premium.. Why did you do what you did.. Why take my luggage away from me. It's hand luggage.
Bought a Samsung split unit aircon unit. Stopped working due to faulty pc boards. Called acdirect and was advised that the unit was still under warranty. Submitted a claim on 20 November 2023. Was told it would take 10 to 14 business days. Today is the 29 January 2024. Claim was approved. But keep getting told that parts would be delivered to me for the last 1.5months. Keep getting empty promises from the customer services team, Tiffany, Miranda etc. They keep feeding me lies. I've now handed over to my attorneys. Do not buy from acdirect. The after sales service is non existent. Pathetic. Unprofessional. The last email, someone typed something out and attached it to the email. You can clearly see it wasn't from the supplier. Unbearable. Claim submitted last year November 2023. Still waiting for the parts and they never answer their phones. Disgusting behaviour.
Placed an online order. Picked up order at nandos bluff. Got all the way home and realised that they got my order wrong. I'm furious right now. Bunch of idiots. Won't buy from them again. Luckily I have screenshots of my order and I have photos of what I got. They don't know the difference between rice and pap. Absolutely disappointed right now. I can't drive 17km back. Idiots.
Sitting at work today and i received an email to state that i have taken out a new contract. I was shocked. Im a long standing customer and do not expect to be treated like this. Someone took out a contract on one of my existing numbers and then sent me a debi check mandate for R18508 per month to approve. I called 135 and the lady said i should call back in the morning to cancel this new contract. Then i called your fraud line and was told to send an affidavit and copy of my id. In the mean time, im sitting with a brand new contract that i did not take out. Someone internally probably tried to make a quick sale and used my details. I need this contract stopped. I trusted mtn with my personal data. This is shocking. I will be going to saps and my attorneys and the ombudsman.
