DAY 6 of no internet. i am not being told that i have to adhere to the SLAs coz a new ticket has been logged. why are tickets being closed when matters no not resolved?????? If you can't fix my internet let me know and cancel my services with immediate effect. I dont care about your cancelation policy coz you dont care about providing a proper service.
I am so u unhappy. Day 5 of being sent from pillar to post for my internet and getting conflicting information. I’ve spent at least 5 hours on the phone with various technicians all escalating with no resolution the worst part no one seems to know what the issue is while I spend a lot of money in the past 5 days getting data so I can get my work done. What is frustrating is that you will cut of the service if I’m 1 day late with payment but I’m supposed to contend with your SLA while my life stops coz I don’t have internet. I was promised a call to confirm that a technician will be dispatched, guess what, that didn’t happen. So I either have to sit the whole day at home waiting for the phantom technician to show up or go somewhere to get connectivity. This is highly disappointing
Friday 26 Jan around 4pm at Sruitview spar I was physically attacked by one of your security. He slapped me twice and pushed me. all because i was walking on the corridor to spar. he even pointed his fire arm at me. Im a country so rife with violence, i find it abhorrent that your staff members think they have a right to bet up strange women in public. I'd have understood if he asked me nicely to use a different path. he literally came charging at me while i was having a conversation with my friend and slappd me 2 twice then pushed. all the friends and family i have who your your services for home security have alreadt logged cancelation coz they dont want to do business with a company that has trigger happy woman abusers. the reg of the vehicle HV46PH GP the number of the side 43938. the dude is fat, his uniform was untidy and he was darkskinned. i have picture of him but he was hiding his face. i guess he's also a ***ard
I'v been struggling to get hold of my broker (Lindi Peters) for weeks now. I called in a proof of insurance letter that i never received. I'd like to cancel my insuance with immediete effect.
i'd like to thank the Standard bank fraud and cards claim team for investing and handling my query. it has been resolved. thank you so much to everyone who assisted.
31 March I opened a fraud case with STD bank. the very friendly consultant said till will take 3-6 working days. I called back on Tues and was informed it was still within the given timeline, which i understood. i call back again today and was on hold for 1hour 45 minutes and i'm being informed my query was only logged last Thursday 7 April and i have to wait 10 days... what's the truth here.
Ordering from either Debonairs or Steers in Maponya always ends in tears. And today is the last time I ever order from that dreadful place. 1. This one time the drive refused to deliver my pizza coz my kids were hungry and I had already paid I offered to come pick it up and I was still charged a delivery fee. 2. I was involved is a screaming match with a ***ist driver how called me an emotional and hysterical woman and he refused to give me my order after I waited 3 hours and made countless calls enquiring about the delivery. Worst off, he delivered the wrong order so I had to drive to their shop. 3. Today is the last draw for me. I didn't even place the order, my husband did. He called me 40 minutes ago saying the driver should be there to deliver. Sent me the drivers numbers i called the shriver who said he was 20 minutes away. I called 20 minutes later and the driver tells me l "listen, sisi, I have other deliveries. I'm not going to leave m deliveries for you". I hung up. I strongly believe this is due to the fact we r in the township and therefore we deserve to b disrespected. Our money is not good enough to afford us the respect we deserve as consumers. U had made a vow never to order from Steers/Debonairs maponya mall. Today I'm taking it a step further, I'm deleting the app and will never give my business to a company that has different levels of service depending on the area.
How dare you!!! about 4 years ago i spent close to 4 months on the phone almost every day on the phone with multichoice coz they kept suspending my account even though I had made payment. during that period I sent them numerous emails with the proof of payments but they still couldn't allocate the payment to the point where i cancelled. 4 years im minding my business, i get an SMS saying i've been handed over i owe over R1000... Kanjani. then i get a very rude phone call from the ****** collectors. I HAVE PAID 4 YEARS AGO, I'VE SENT THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. it's not my fault your systems didnt pick it up. So please stop harassing me. And don't you dare mess up my credit record coz of your ****** incompetence.
2 weeks ago at Maponya I was a banner with swimming lessons. I stopped to ask the sales consultant about it and he told me if I sign up for gym membership @R400 and something per month my kids will have access to swimming lessons and other activities in the gym. I signed up immediately and paid the R50 on the spot as I was looking for swimming lessons for my kids. I informed the sales person I have no interest in the gym, just signing for the swimming lessons for my kids. I even asked them if there's a limit to a number of kids as I have 5 kids all under 13. The told me the kids get free membership as long as they are under 13, I just need to bring their birth certificates to get cards issued. Yesterday I visited the gym and the reception lady informed me there is no such thing. I called the sales person who signed me up n he told me yes I do qualify for all the things they mentioned. I requested proof in writing of which he stated he could produce but his manager will call me. The manager tells me yes the special is valid but 1. The kids will have access to the pool with my supervision 2. Only kids under 7 are free and older I'll have to pay an additional R80 something. I'd like to cancel my membership with immediate effect as I was sold a lie. I want nothing to do with virgin active
