I went to rear brake disc's. Only to find that they don't have in stock for my car, which they promised to order them for me. I gave the specifications of the car to the sales person. He did order them. He called me and I went to pay for them. I bought together with the rear brake pads. I waited for the old brake pads to worn out so thet I'll fit new brake disc's together with the new brake pads. After driving for some kilometers I started hearing strange or funny noise when applying brakes. Then I checked what was making the funny noise, then I noticed that the disc's they ordered were small in terms of the diameter. It does fit to the shaft. And when I went back to them they said they could not help me. Mind you is the sales person who ordered the wrong parts and now they make it look like I went to the shelf and take the wrong parts.
I have received an outstanding service. I've submitted my claim and it got approved within minutes, I didn't have to make endless calls. But with one phone call. I got everything sorted. Pmd is the way to go. Keep up the good work.
I went to do a Sim swap on Sunday at thavhani mall. Since you can not do it through the phone like other service providers. When I got home everything was fine the Sim card was working. But when I got to my lace of work later that night things changed. I thought it's because I don't have good coverage, but when roaming I do receive and make calls. Then I realized it's not because of the coverage something is not right. Today I decided to call Telekom with another network since I can not use my Telekom Sim card. And the lady who helped me indicated that the problem is with the Sim card, since I can not get the telkomsa or sign of the Sim card. And she said that I must go back to the store to get the Sim card sorted. I have traveled 200km to go do a Sim swap. And now the Sim card is not working. I have to travel another 200km to do the things that was not done right, at whose expense. Telekom please get your people trained, this kind of service is not on. The whole week I won't be receiving calls.
I had an accident and my car was taken to their workshop. Insurance authorizd the claim. And they ordered the spares or rather should I say the parts that was damaged on the vehicle. On the 4th of March I went to collect the car, on the 24th of March while driving, the bottom engine cover came out and caused some damages on the car. I noticed that the *****s that they used to fit the cover back was not the right ones, actually was not even the ones that came with the car. I also have a question that is not answered. Are they even authorized to work on Audi cars or the towing company just doing a brother a favor by taking cars to his workshop. If ever they were the authorized or approved Audi repairer they should have known better and do a proper job. I now drive a car without a belly plate, left fender liner which caused some electric components exposed. Now I'm waiting for them to fix the problem which they caused because of their poor work performed on my car. on the quotation it showed that the new engine bottom cover was there but was not ordered instead they fitted the old one which was badly damaged due to the accident that happened. From my experience insurance don't allow parts to be repaired instead they replace with new once. But it was a different scenario in my car. They replaced the old parts and try to fix them and use wrong *****s to fit it back which caused it to come out because it was not properly secured.
I've never experienced such a bad customer service since I started having car insurance. I had an incident with my vehicle, as usual I phoned my insurance and notify then about the incident. They arranged the towing service to get my car towed. Problems started when they had to authorize, I was given countless reasons for the delay which I ended up with getting it sorted. They authorized and the guys started working on the vehicle. The day came which I had to go get my vehicle. On arrival the first thing I checked was the certificate from Audi South Africa which authorize the panel beaters to work on their vehicles, I didn't see or get it. Then I realized something is wrong. I took my car on the 4th of March 2019, on the 24th March 2019, the bottom engine cover came out while I was driving due to poor work performance from that car repairer who worked on my vehicle. After checking what was the problem I noticed that wrong *****s was used to mount the bottom engine cover which was the cause of it to come out, and it has caused a lot of damage, even the left fender liner came out when the bottom cover get loosen and was also broken. Isn't it that insurers have a list of authorized body repairers forms car dealers so that they know whom to work with in the case of accidents.
I wrote a review last month about MTN, their service is so so so poor. They promised to solve the problem, now it's just getting worse. I can't even make a call, that's how bad their service is. I'm still using 2G, I have a contract with them, I'm even considering canceling it. I receive data every month which I forfeit for not using then. Which network still uses 2G, cos nowadays we have LTE, 4G, I can't pay for something I ain't getting good service. MTN improve your quality of network, or is it because we are not a surbub that's why you don't give a dam about the quality of network we getting.
I've been a vodacom subscriber, due to some personal issues I ported to cell c, now it's been a year since I ported to cell c. Now that I've sorted out my issues, I ported back to Vodacom. I've been to vodashops 3 times, do all the necessary steps required, but when cell c have to take out my number from their network for me to become vodacom subscriber it's not happening. It's almost 2 months now, when I call them they say I should contact vodacom, when I call vodacom they say everything is OK on their side the issue is with cell c. Isn't it my choice to choose which network I want to use. And I can't change the number since I've done a lot of business with this number. All I want to use vodacom. Is that hard to take out a number from the network.
On the 04-09-2015 I took my car for service. I was told that the water pump is leaking. I didn't give them a go ahead to fix it since I didn't have enaf cash on hand. Later I bought the water pump get it fitted in. I experienced another problem with the car. I booked it to the same dealer whereby I got the car towed in since it couldn't be driven to the workshop. I was told that the battery of the vehicle is dead and the alternator, meaning I haveto get new ones. I found iit hard to believed it.I took the car to a guy I whom I know have trade certificate to help me diagnose the problem. He found that the water pump that was reported to be leaking is not leaking. The leak is on the washer bottle for the wipers. Asian speak now the car is using its original battery that was reported dead. The car has a problem with a fuse. Now I am failing to understand if I get wrong information from the dealer who suppose to be fixing problems,instead they ccreate problems. It appeared as if they are on a money making scheme. They diagnose wrong things so that you'll keep going to them. They report not to be working while they are working. I don't have trust anymore in this guys.
