I want to know what the return policy at edgars stores because on Sunday I went to return items at Clearwater edgars that I bought through payjustnow I spend close to ab honour moving from one til to another after they told me they are offline their till are not doing payjustnow refunds. They will call me to bring the itema back when they are back online I then decided to go and see if there's something I will like on the floor so that I can do an exchange. I found a pair of shoes and I had to pay 80 difference. But when I got home I discover that the shoes don't really look nice on my feet and I took them back today at edgars cresta and edgsrs cresta saud they can't give me the money because the skip for the items I had exchange I don't have. I told her I bought the items through payjustnow and I will check the slip on the app but she refused and said she will give me a voucher. Edgars must tell payjustnow that they can't assist us rather than this poor service we are currently receiving. Am so annoyed with both Clearwater edgars and cresta.

What an excellent experience I received from Checkers the village horizon view. I wanted to buy groceries using my mobicred account the ladies at the money market they then called the manager Katlego who politely greeted me and offered the best assistance. He was so humbly and polite. I watched how well he interacted with other customers. He remained polite and humbly all through out. Thank you so much Katlego you are such a well mannered young guy, you know how to treat your customers well. Thank you Checkers Horizon view for such a gem
I went to exact store at Westgate mall today the 17 December to cancel my labye and used my account to purchase it. At the till I went to the first lady I told her Iam here to cancel layby and use my account to make the purchase. She told the lady next to her and asked me to go to her till. I gave her my the slip and asked her if she will be able to read what was on the slip since the writing was fainted. She just took the slip and remained silent. All through out the transaction she never said anything I stood there for a while she then proceeded to another door that was closed I had no idea where she was going she came back and asked me for a 10 that was the first time she spoke to me. I gave her 50 because I didn't have 10 she spoke to me in Sesotho and I responded in English told her I hardly understand Sesotho as am Zulu she then said it's fine we can speak in Zulu which is ok but she still continued in Sesotho I told her to bring the cancelled laybe as the initial plan was to cancel it and used my account to buy it. She then told me they don't do that. The laybye will be brought back to the floor tomorrow only then I can be able to buy it. I am shocked this information was not communicated to me prior to the laybe cancellation as I really needed the item. My question to exact is is that the right treatment from your staff. What will happen now to my item that I wanted so much. I am so hurt and disappointed with the ladys attitude. Can you look into this matter and look at the footage.ans see our interaction
Renei is very rude and shows no effort in assisting customers this is not the first time Iam witnessing her poor customer service. I came to take our my laybe with my id cos I had lost my slip but I was told the laybe has been cancelled which I didn't have a problem with. I asked what then about the money I paid for the laybe she said they don't do refunds if you have no slip. Fine I understand I asked if I could use that money in the store to buy anything she said no if you don't have a slip they can't assist. Am still shocked at her behaviour and I have our conversation on record. I have witnessed this kind of behaviour with Renei before. She doesn't treat her customers with care and respect. I forgot my card and I wanted to buy some snacks at pick n pay flora centre so I requested for a 100 cash back since I could use my tymebank app to get. The lady at the till said she doesn't have it I asked her to ask the supervisor she also said she doesn't have money. Went to the cigarette counter they told me they also don't have I must go the the liquor store. So the whole shop didn't have a mere 100 for a customer or they just didn't want to give me
Edgars Westgate mall there is this specific lady that is always helpful with a smile. I have observed her serving me and serving others her customer interaction is consistent, best customer service offered. I forgot her name but she's dark skinned medium height and size. I love that lady. Infact I like the edgars Westgate staff
Bad behaviou
I have called scorpion 4 times to follow up on my case and every time I call the guy handling my case will be either be busy on another line or not at his desk and I will be told he will get back to me but nothing to this day. They will even confirm my email so that he sends feedback but I don't get any feedback.
