This time around I'm really disappointed in Buffalo, I've paid the taxes and got an sms saying I'd receive my parcel in 48 hours I've been waiting since 16 h August, I've called numerous times and hold on forver just to be told the person mailbox is full. Their WhatsApp is even worse it's useless how I wish I Shein could find a better company to assist us,I've updated my cellphone number as they requested still no response still no parcel. I'm deeply disappointed and I need my package urgently.
Good Day I have never is my life met a more useless call centre this dstv. They are never able to resolve your issue, their agents are very *********** and I considerate of us as there clients. We call using cellphones but they will make you hang on for 30 minutes to resolve and issue. I'm truly disappointed and disgusted in there service and now I'm exoect to pay for subscription, airtime and still my problem hasn't been resolved. I'm absolutely disgusted
I took a rain 5G with Rain internet. I then placed an order for a different address and then decided to cancel it. The customer care agent cancelled my service as well on the 15 November 2022. They continued making me pay knowing my device is cancelled. I have repeated called to resolve this matter and get my refund but they don't seem to want refund me or give me any feedback. We are in March now, they never refunded and they never give feedback. I just want my money refunded immediately as I've been waiting for 2 months. They customer care agents are useless and uninformed and go ve extremely poor service
My matter regarding my phone has still not been resolved. I want it resolved asap
Good Day I wrote about cash Crusader selling my cellphone the other day during the extension period, my problem has still not been resolved and they don't really care to resolve the matter if I don't adhere and submit to their terms. I am the customer and I believe I should be satisfied with terms and conditions and agreement. They have shown no remorse at all or any care with regard to this matter neither made any effort to resolve the matter. Kindly please assist me as where I can report them and take this matter further
My name is Sylvannah Morgan. I went to do loan against my phone at cash crusaders Springs? They do give you time for extensions. During my extension time they sold my phone and also put my other item on the floor to be sold. When I enquired about paying the interest I was called to the store. Upon arrival I was told they had made a mistake and sold my phone and while in the store I found my Xbox on the floor to. They were about to sell it yet I had asked to pay interest. I then had another item a television which I also made a loan against. I received no notification as when my contract lapsed though I had been communicating with regarding my phone. To date I haven't received any feedback, they haven't replaced my item and now they expect !e to sign a contract agreeing to accepting a second hand device and repaying my loan. I'm not satisfied as my cellphone is only a year old and was in perfect working condition. I as the customer needs should come first. I feel agrieved because besides the device I have lost information, memories,pictures and alot for sentimental things then the phone. I believe my device should. Be replaced by a new device or the device price should be checked , they take their loan amount and pay me the difference cause currently the store will benefit on both sides. !y device is sold, they finding a second hand device and I'm expected to repay the loan amount and then accept a second hand device. I've reported the matter to head office it's been 2 weeks with no response or feedback. Can I kindly get assistance in this regard
My name is Sylvannah I ordered food from steers tsakane mall on Sunday, it was the ribster. The order arrived about 2 hrs later instead of 35min as they said. Upon opening the box the burgers or all messed up, everything was out of place and with covid and all we couldn't trust that it hadn't been touched. I have taken pictures. I am so disappointed cause I'm regular there and I would like for them to look into this as we had through the meal out. Over R200 down the drain.

They don't deserve a star. I went to take loan at cash cursaders against my items.. unfortunately I contracted the Corona Virus. I called them wrell in time about my issue and asked for time until I recover. The hospital and the nurse have both spoken to them explaining my situation and informing them that them sttressing me and threatening me is making my health worse... Good Day<br> I ordered a bedding set from homechoice in the month of July to the value of R3950.00. the agreement was a payment over 3 months cash deal. I then paid the account off within 2 months instead of 3 and I have been charged an additional R700 on my account for what I don't really know. Each time I do enquire from the call centre I am unable to get a response from the staff and neither the manager because miraculously they also don't know. I keep calling trying to solve the issue but to no avail and the interest keeps piling up.. I have even requested for the voice recording to be checked in order for us to hear what exactly our contract entailed but yet again nothing is being said. Please their service is poor and it is nit the first I have trouble with this company. I am very disappointed as I am a regular customer who always pays my account in cash and yet I am being treated like this. I would just like the matter solved and my name cleared.
