I'm very disappointed in the way their parts department is treating me. After ordering and paying in full on 15 January 2024, the parts salesman told me 3-4 weeks. Today 19 February, 5 weeks later, I was informed that maybe by June I'll get my parts. How is it possible for such a big company to operate like this. Very unhappy about this.
Ordered some parts for my vehicle on 15 January 2024. It's been 5 weeks today and still no luck after the parts salesman told me 3-4 weeks.
According to their records an amount of money was paid into my account in December. According to my bank statement, this didn't occur. Send an email to there rewards department on the 7th of March, still waiting for a reply
Had a break-in last week Wednesday and got confirmation Monday that my claim was approved. Battled with Old Mutual last year for a lightning claim and took nearly 3 weeks to be approved. That's why I changed to Santam

Bought a rear crank seal for my Colt, salesman assured me that one one size fit all on my specific engine. After fitting the new seal, one hell of a job, it's leaking more than ever. Took the old seal and new seal to another parts dealer and they told me there are two seals for my specific engine. Paid R2800 labour for the job and now have to pay again for the seal plus the removal and fitmen. Please train your salespersons
My house was hit by lightning and a claim was initiated by me on 30 Sept. Got email that required me to send a damage report for the items that was claimed, did so on 4 Oct at 11h26. Also send email with photos of the name,model and serial numbers of all items damaged. This was all send to the person that requested it and their nonmotorclaims email address. Did call a few times, but the person suppose to finalize the claim just never call me back. It is now 14 Oct 15h03 and still no answer from them. On the claim is 2 X 12v trickle chargers that was used to charge the battery for my security led lights and the cottage's led lights. My deepcycle batteries are now deployed, no lights for 3 days and counting.
Did an upgrade in June and got a package deal, phone + wifi modem. Waited a week and went to fetch the sim for the modem.a After another week had to fill in an application for the sim of the modem which was then rejected. After another two weeks went back to the shop and spoken to a lady that would have called me the next day. It's been two weeks again and still no luck The thing is now, paying for a 500mb on the modem that isn't working and why was I asked to apply for a service that was included in my contract.
Bought a extension box for my Super5. To save costs drove to Johannesburg to pick it up. Got it nicely packed and the salesperson was very helpful. Back at home unpacked it and found that the item was scratched and dented. Phone the salesperson and complained about it. The salesperson came back to me and said I must bring the item back. Got no problem with it, but for the extra cost. The person that did the packaging, should have checked to not pack a damaged item.
