NEVER TAKE YOUR TURBO HERE... have never had such bad service from a store before sent my turbo for service they advised a recon after taking it back 3 times the 4th time I have decided to buy a new turbo as they messed mine up my car was boosting just not 100% but was still boosting very strong after they had my turbo there was absolutely no boost had to continuously take it back and they keep blaming something ells on the car after purchasing a new turbo the car is 100% again, they refuse to give me a refund i sent the turbo they have reconditioned to be checked and got a full report which they did not replaced all the parts as they said they did and i paid for...I don't think they know what they are doing.
Telkom sandton city doesn't care about their customers at all i have been sitting here for 3 hours without assistance and the workers is dancing making tik tok's in the store doesn't care about the customers
If i could give 0 stars i would,they advertised for a Christmas lunch buffet witch was an absolute disaster,first of all no decorations no Christmas spirit absolutely nothing,2nd they over booked our group of 8 was squashed onto a 6 seater table 3rd it wasn't a buffer the starter you got 1 slice of ham rolled up and cut in half..main course the gammon was green and rotten our table ate a half plate of food then realized the gammon was rotten lost our appetite because how are we supposed to trust the rest of the food...the desert again not a buffet you can only choose one serving for that price its a complete *******! I really hope no one got sick of the rotten food
Why do you offer delivery service on email or provide a whatsapp number for prescriptions but you just ignor your clients!!!! DISCHEM BRACKENHURST IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!
Takealot likes to take your money for an order but if something is wrong with your order you have to wait and wait... This is probably the 4th time this is happening you order something and only some of your items gets delivered!!!!!! and then you get told wait 24 hours for feedback then delivery time starts again or if they dont have stock i cant remember how long you have to wait for your money back TAKEALOT is UNRELIABLE
Im really getting annoyed with the service im receiving from afrihost i have been battling with my fibre more then a month now,they blammed vumatel i had vumatel's technical team here they tested my line said afrihost admitted to them its a fault on their side,i showed the guys the msg afrihost sent to me stating its vumatel he asked if i could call afrihost after doing a call back request,he then started questioning your agent and then your agent ask please hold so i can speak to a superior just to drop the call today another story again vumatel has an outage but funny enough only afrihost clients is complaining!!!!!!
Purchased the new Samsung galaxy s21+ in February 2021 with the promotion of receiving free ear phones and smart tag witch was supposed to be deliver 7-14 working days we are 6 MONTHS down the line and still nothing on the 28 of July was promised 7-14 days its being dispatched already and still nothing i have email verify,tellus,Yuen,Thandiwe,Tshepo,Peter.j and cpgs and still dont receive to response and these people are so called MANAGERS or TEAMLEADERS i have called and spoken to most of these people already as well and every time its empty promises. I am really really getting fed up now trying to get help Samsung has the worst customer service in our country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good morning I am getting quite frustrated with your customer service agents at call centre and at the sss centre,samsung in bryanston and mm all electronics in morning side i have been send up and down from place to place telkom where i purchased the device didnt even try to assist me so i went to samsung directly as i thought its a big company they will help me... Nicole on facebook advised me to go to sss centre in boksburg there they didnt want to assist me as the box is "incomplete" they argued with me samsung would never give a phone without a charger....then advised me to go to bryanston witch i did Lydia there told me they all basically work from home there is no one to assist me and started calling in the meam time your team leader thandi from call centre called me that i was promised from the day before i told her im sitting at your bryanston branch eventually she and lydia spoke and advised me to go to mm all electronics where carl is waiting for me to access the phone immediately... just to arrive there waited almost 20 minutes for carl to tell me he will not do a assessment i must book it in he will do it in the next 7 days after calling your customer service centre again spoke to yugen and he promised to get my new phone in a day or two now sitting at day two no feedback from himspoke to tami from your call centre told me there is no exchange loaded there was a quote...after complaining i spoke to thandi again who told me the exchange was grantedand she was waiting for invoice to be done but i cant understand why this is taking so long if the exchange was already granted?the service i'm receiving from samsung is horrible! no wonder everyone says never buy samsung look how many complaints does samsung south africa have its really pathetic Maria 0614928154
oh my!!!! if you want disappointment go buy one of the new Samsung S21 plus i have mine for 11 days and got reminded why i haven't chosen Samsung for the past 6 years...Brand new phone doesn't even have a scratch camera stopped working,did all the fault finding but i cant even access the android setting to clear catch or hard reset the phone ended up doing a normal factory reset on the phone and still sit with the same issue...now i am being told i have to book it in for repairs... ITS A BRAND NEW PHONE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANY REPAIRS OR PROBLEMS!!!!!!!! but clearly Samsung does not care about their clients if this was Huawei i would of have a new phone as they promise and yes i had a problem with my Huawei p30 pro and guess what i went to service center with my phone that wasn't waterproof and they replaced it IMMEDIATELY NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Samsung is horrible,horrible phones,horrible customer service regret i ever purchased this phone
<p>Purchased a samsung galaxy s8 two weeks ago at telkom have been told u get 2 free screens with the galaxy series now they say u have to pay R69 per month and R1500 for repair of screen...the phone fell half a meter and the screen is cracked on advertisment they show the screen is so good but its not got a cover on the phone aswell and still the screen cracked on such sort distance!!!then the water resistand is also not true </p>
