Terrible service - makes me wary of using Amazon/TCG or PUDO
After calling three TCG agents I still can't get a clear answer or resolution. Please advise. I paid Amazon for same day delivery, yes, it was not a lot but the principle remains. I got to the locker an entered the pin, I received an error message: "PIN does not exist". Yes, I went to the correct lockers. Yes, I entered the correct PIN numerous times with other people assisting me. T00003112819

Called, visited the branch and emailed my "private banker" - No resolution
I have contacted Standard Bank via email (private banker), multiple phone calls and in-branch. They simply refer me to another department, and no one can resolve the issue. When I attempt to transfer money from the access bond using my banking app, I receive an error message that says, "TransferFrom not enabled in ViewAccountDetails." To try and mitigate this, I tried using my online banking on my computer. The account doesn't even show in my portfolio. Worst of all is you want me to upgrade to a better account.

New Rewards System - difficulties
The change-over to the new Rewards system is a huge issue. I lost my Woolworths Rewards card, tried to get a new one about two weeks ago. They referred me to the app on multiple occasions, I contacted the number in the error message when I want to register. The lady said it will take a few days, I confirmed all my details. It is still not working.

Excellent service when buying a vehicle
What an excellent experience, from walking in the dealership to buying the vehicle (and of course driving the vehicle). I need to emphasise that the service delivery by Ferdie was top notch. Delicious food and friendly service
Always a great experience! Friendly welcome at the door and excellent quality food. My favourites so far are definitely the teriyaki salmon, crayfish, robata squid and many more to mention. Special thanks to Success for always making sure that everything is perfect. Nick is also doing a great job! This is our happy place! Once again, thanks, Success.

Expert advice and friendly service.
I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Mathews Mthombeni at the Tyger Valley Shopping Centre. He guided me towards the correct coffee according to my taste and preferences. I tasted some of the coffees for myself, and we spoke about descaling our machine. He was really helpful and left an overall good impression. I will definitely be back at your store for more! Thank you Mathews and Nespresso (Tyger Valley).
