Odette is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend her. Explains everything as she goes along, so you feel comfortable and understand the process.
Thank you to Linda and her team, who did an amazing job on my front gate. The weaving that they do with the sheet metal is excellent. The kept me involved in the design process every step of the way.
Sales rep, Matthew was efficient and helpful, dealing with issues that I had. The fitters, Colin and Simon installed the gate quickly and neatly.
Absolutely shocking customer survice by their sales rep. Rayne. He is no help and always says the problem is ours. They are always down. Do not use Seacom.

I placed an order for one bottle of whiskey to be delivered on 8 December 2022. It is now 13 January 2023, over a month and the order still has not been delivered.

This is about the third or fourth time I've had a call from Telkom, with the intention of them trying to sell me something. I'm very polite and listen to their sales pitch. As soon as I mention that I'm not interested, the call is abruptly ended; no thank you or good bye. It amazes me how friendly and polite they are when they think they are going to make a sale, but as soon as they realise that they aren't, they become rude and their true colours show. For that reason alone, I would never buy anything from Telkom; could you imagine their after sale service? Besides that, everyone I know who has ever had cell phone or land line contracts with Telkom have always had disgusting service. So from now on, if an agent calls me saying that they are from Telkom, I'll be one step ahead, and end the call first.
Thank you for the excellent service from Celeste Ryan at King Price. She was knowledgeable and helped me with the required insurance in a quick and easy fashion. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me an excellent premium.
Trying to get my Samsung 'FIit e' watch and power bank, which is supposed to be couriered to me from Samsung, as it is their promotion through MTN. Been on hold for over 28 minutes, trying to speak to a consultant. Was on hold yesterday for over 15 minutes, and they still couldn't resolve my issue with the new A70 phone I bought. They aren't even aware of promotions that they are offering through MTN, and MTN advised me that it is a Samsung promotion. Not sure which company is more useless? Samsung put me through to their courier service, who told me that that they are no longer dealing with Samsung, as they gave to many problems. Very poor customer service.
