Free gift and the worst customer service ! ?? South Africa is managing this brand very poorly. According to my invoice I received the free gift but for some reason it was not included in my package !!! This is a red flag and should be investigated because I think something else is going on. I have been using Clinique for 20 years and still stay true to the products but my first experience in ordering online is so bad and disappointing. I unfortunately had to return an item due to the Color match. Clinique does not provide updates on your profile and the collection process was poorly managed. This was done on the 2nd Sep 2025 and yet after following up more than 10 times I find out on the 23 Sep 2025 the package was not received by Clinique. Unless the package is being returned to the North Pole !!!! I would like to know where is my refund!!
We reported the mattress2 years ago which was purchased directly from Sealy. Initially when we logged the complaint they could not find our details on the system; which I do not understand. After lodging many complaints on their website I received a response early this year.The mattress and base is sinking and damaged which is POOR WORKMANSHIP for such a reputable brand. The bed is not used often. In addition we did not select this bed on our purchase as we had so many issues with delivery. They eventually gave us a bed which they said was equivalent to our purchase. We are now stuck with a problem as they say that it is out of warranty and we have to pay R3000 to repair the bed. Where is the customer service and satisfaction promised on purchasing. Why sell us something that is REJECT!! I have SERTA beds and the quality compared to Sealy is perfect. The bed is 12years and still in a good condition.
After many years of receiving the worst service from Samsung and them having to refuse help and MM ALL. I decided to take my dishwasher repairs to wonderful technicians who knows and understands the appliance. I had to pay an additional amount for repairs and the dishwasher was fixed with NO issues. I still have not received a refund from MM All. The problem was only the inlet hose. Imagine after all my stress.
I purchased a cordless vacuum from Leroy Merlin and this was my first time purchasing anything from this company. I am not happy with this product as it is definitely not quality and value for money therefore I requested a refund. I contacted Leroy Merlin and the service was terrible as I was not contacted and had to escalate my query after 1 week. Their supplier called and informed me that I cannot get a refund. This is not what Leroy Merlin explained to me and this does not adhere to the Customer protection Act! For a big company how is that there is no customer satisfaction. We are purchasing a product from Leroy Merlin and not their suppliers!! I have purchased many items from online stores and tried the product and returned it with no questions asked and with a full refund. I am sure they have many suppliers as well and if the customer is not happy we should be able to receive a refund especially if it is less than a month and under 21 days. I cannot help it if the delay is with Leroy Merlin and they had issues with their online refund process hence I called.

All SAMSUNG Does is take your money and does not care about people!! they could not even help when their technicians made me pay for repairs and the unit does not work!! How pathetic that 2 years later my dishwasher is collecting dust. I want the CEO details of SAMSUNG!! to provide pics and videos
Its been 2 years now and my dishwasher is still collecting dust as SAMSUNG Technicians are unqualified and stripped my dishwasher down to the motor . I wonder who is going to refund me and if this is ever going to happen
I have been trying to cancel my contract for 2 months and today is the only day that this has been escalated. I was debited incorrectly and in addition added without my consent to a policy . In addition to this why are not covered but the money is debited when we do not go for the car inspection surely this would mean something. I tried call for days with no asssitance but the minutes you say you want a quote you are called 1000 times a day, but when you want to Cancel and email is not sufficient but a call is?
I booked a call for repairs on my Dishwasher in 2020. Technicians came out in 2021. Since then I have paid so much money to fix the dishwasher which has not been fix at all. Samsung allows there approved technicians to take money from loyal customers without repairing to appliance. According to Samsung and the technicians I now have to pay another amount for a call out fee. What I don’t understand is that the dishwasher has not been repaired. Technicians have been out many times and he problem is still the same. Please can someone get in touch with me from Samsung’s CEO office and provide e with and email address. I am a single parent trying to make it and have been taken advantage of financially. I know my dishwasher is out of warranty which is something I am continuously informed of, however if you are “fixing “ a problem them it should be working for a long period. My dishwasher has not worked since MMAlll supposedly repaired it. I have a video from their staff confirming that it was damaged by their own staff. Yet nothing ....
Samsung does not care about their customers. Their technicians damaged my appliance and they said it’s not their problem even after providing extensive information. I was told to relate my complaint to the ombudsman.
