Trying to get a wrongly packed online order rectified by Clicks is a nightmare. You’d think that customer service is important, well clearly it is just an irritation to them and the people I’m dealing with are imbeciles.
Creating an account was difficult - I created one online but then apparently had to create it again when wanting a quote from a consultant. Then they were late in delivering the item and also late collecting it. Also tried to complain via their website but that went unanswered. Business must be good if this is how they treat customers.
Shoddy customer service from the Pargo Depot at Mr Jeff Rivonia Junction. I received and sms saying my parcel had arrived and I went there the following day, I was told that the parcel was not there. I was told that I should come back that afternoon to see IF it had arrived!!! Like I have nothing better to do than visit Mr Jeff to see if my parcel has arrived! I turns out that the parcel was there but the assistant was “not equipped” to search for it…?!?! Go figure…!!
I wish I could post a pic of the red roses that were delivered to me yesterday by Netflorist… Never again..!!
Despite Safarinow saying they will refund me within 5 days, I am struggling to get my money returned after a cancellation. They tell me that they need to get the money back from the venue first before they can refund me - this is not what they say on the Proof of Booking email where it clearly says “Safarinow will refund you with 5 days of a cancellation”. Beware of this company..!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They delivered the wrong item (a cheaper one too), and when I tried to contact them, the cell number given isn’t operational and emails to them go unanswered. If you want to throw your money away place an order with them...
For about 6 or 7 months now, I have not been receiving my monthly accounts from MTN. (I do receive a mail which allows me to access the account information, but only for 1 of the 4 phones on my account).<br> <br> This means that each month I have to phone the \Customer Care Center"and request that the account info gets mailed through to me"
Alpha were called in to unblock a domestic drain at my home. They removed a number of roots from the drain, and then detected a possible break in my pipe. As such they wrote \no guarantees"on my invoice which I paid. I asked them to come back with their camera equipment to detect exactly where the break was. When the \""camera\"" crew arrived they could not get their camera into the drain due to roots - this was 1 week after they had unblocked the drain!!! I was forced to pay another R650 to have the drain unblocked again. All the time Alpha hid behind the \""No Guarantee\"" scribble on my invoice.<br> <br> Look elsewhere ...."""
